Most of the time can’t pay at the pump. There’s good workers and some just don’t understand what your asking for or pretend to not understand. If paying by debit or credit, terminal doesn’t always work!

This esso is losing money! Why on earth would they not allow pay at the pump after midnight? Inconvenient to have to walk inside to prepay for fuel when it's normally available at the pump. 1 day I go and I can prepay at the pump and the next day it's unavailable. It's completely at random, so now I just drive away and get $300 worth of diesel from another station anytime pay at the pump is unavailable.2 weeks later, guess what???... pay at pump not working on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Well now esso lost another $300-400 in diesel sales. And now I changed my review from 2 stars to 1.

It is a convenient location but there is always an issue with their pumps, either won't print receipt or no debt or credit card or just not enough pumps in service

Stingy, Bad car wash service! Avoid!!Details: After the car wash, the dryer showed 60 seconds on it. This means, the blower/dryer should dry the car for at-least 1 minute. Suddenly, the dryer shutoff with my car still wet after the wash.Apparently, the miserly owners cannot afford even an entire minute of drying time. Can we setup a GoFundMe to donate additional dryer minutes to this gas station??♂️

Bought a full wash here this morning. My car just had surface dirt and dust on it. Went through the wash, car came out dirtier than it went in. I realized once I was in the tunnel that it handnt been cleaned in months. There was thick dirty leaves, takeout containers, and green mildew growing everywhere.Having worked at gas stations as a kid, this is a tell tale sign that the owner or territory manager doesn’t invest in the site and its operations. Total waste of $15.

Went here to get a car wash. Bought the luxury wash $18.07 (with under carriage spray) and full works. My car came out filthy. No pressure on the touchless wash … went in to complain. Was told by the manager that my car was too dirty.Ridiculous. I requested a refund and was refused. He gave me a second turn through (did no good). There is no pressure in the touchless wash. A complete rip off. Don’t waste your money. Also car wash smelled of rotten eggs/ sulfure. This place is awful. Stay away.

The gas price at this location is usually more expensive than nearby Esso locations and the car wash is useless. I've tried on multiple occasions and been disappointed each time. Save your money/points as it doesn't wash even the most basic dirt off your car and leaves some parts completely unwashed. I'd give zero stars if I could as there are other business that have decent touchless washes.

I had a bad experience in this gas station today. The cashier (he looks like 50 - 60 years old) did not know how to talk with the customer and he treated me as a thief. I tried to pay at the pump first but it said I have to pay at the cashier. I moved my car to the parking lot infront of the cashier place then I went inside and I paid. After I paid he said don’t move the car like this andI said it’s too windy and cold that’s why I move the car closer. I also said I couldn’t pay at the pump but he didn’t believe it and he said I didn’t even put my card into the pump. He was not believe me and the way he talked with me was rude. I’ll not going there anymore. Customer service is very poor in this place.

Horrible experience with their car wash! Since they changed to pc optimum, now redeem one car wash is 10,000 points! We redeemed a luxury car wash, my car was not even clean or rinsed properly after wash. They definitely changed settings. I will never go there again!

Carwash is garage, your better off waiting for it to rain. "Premium wash" is the equivalent of using a hose with low pressure for about 2 minutes but costs $18 bucks. It's really amazing how much it sucks. Place is always dirty, garbage always overflowing, just generally unkempt. If you just need gas you should be ok.

Don't use their car wash it does not wash your car correctly especially at the sides. Told the clerk and he said because it is touchless car wash. That is why it will not be cleaned correctly. I stress that I have been at other touchless locations and never had unclean wash. Go elsewhere if you want a cleaner hassle free experience.

I've heard this is the Rolls-Royce of gas stations. Owner is very attractive. Owners son is even more attractive. However he hit on my 15 year old daughter which I did not like, but he had a Maserati so I kinda expected it. Will come again, with my other daughter.also great car wash
