I want to bring to your attention an issue regarding the behaviour of a senior employee who worked on the night of July 18th. He has been consistently rude and uncooperative towards me. Despite being a regular customer for nearly six months, he always asks for my ID when I want to purchase cigarettes. It seems he purposefully does this to frustrate me, which is quite distressing. As a long-time resident of the neighbourhood, I believe that the staff should recognize and cater to the needs of local customers, as my previous experiences at other gas stations have shown. I hope this feedback can help improve customer service, especially for frequent patrons like myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
PS: I'm sorry, but if that old guy has dementia disease, then he needs to be relocated to the hospital ASAP!

They will try and scam you by saying your card payment did not go through. I was there about an hour ago, bought 3 drinks and paid with my Mastercard. I received the notification on my phone that my purchase at Esso was successful. They even printed a receipt showing it was approved. The 2 men working at the counter then tried to tell me that it wasn’t, despite the fact that the receipt said approved. One of them pointed to the line on the receipt that said ‘no signature required’ and said it meant it wasn’t approved and I needed to pay again.
Explained that the receipt shows ‘approved’ and so does my bank. Told them I’m not paying again for something I already paid and walked out.
Be careful, as others have posted, they will try to scam you.

Machine is busted at the pumps. Careful cause your payment won't go through you'll go inside pay. Then check your bank statement to see that it actually went through. Front desk worker was incompetent and couldn't see that the payment already went through from outside. Carefully cause you might get scammed like I did.

The staff at this location do their job quickly when there is a long line. The location is clean, and there is usually plenty of parking if you're not there to get gas and just getting something from the store. Bonus: There's a Tim's at this location.

Gas mostly cheaper than near by gas stations on Bayly and Salem. Carwash is good too and it’s touch less carwash.Staff is polite and welcoming.Has good stock of almost all convenience products.Station has Tim Hortons in there which is best part for any station to have.

Absolutely the place to go for almost everything you need or require. I sit for hour's and enjoy my tim hortons and enjoy other item's from Esso.The place is super clean and functional for families.

The person on cash counter, Fawad, is doing harassment to female. I always seeing wherever any female came to fuel the car by app or by credit card he, fawad always cancel their transaction so they come inside to meet him. I wish I can file a police complaint against him.I hope they hire someone respecting constomers.Negative 5 for Fawad the cashier!!!
