Honestly I come here all the time the management is amazing and as well as the staff.
Today I came in and I was doing a return there was a associate named Rachel which was very unprofessional and very disrespectful she was throwing the receipt at the table and the pen instead of giving it in my hand.
I’d love to file a complaint to head office. Never met such a disrespectful associate like her.
If you hate ur job just quit pls don’t take it out on others this is unfair.
You need to learn some respect esp working at this store and ruining it for the others.
You don’t work here for FREE: you get paid so be kind!

Been coming here since times , few weeks back I walked in here and a brown girl was helping me out while she was helping me out ingusss the manager came and started yelling at this girl for helping ( manager name is Taylor) I’m never coming here again I felt targeted. I’ll take business elsewhere.

Wow!!! What a great experience I had with one of the persons working at the Dynamite Ajax location . Her name is Mariah L. She is so nice and knowledgeable and she helped me make some great purchases. Thank you so much Mariah!!

Was in there the other day, 3 ladies at the front chatting and the whole time I walked around. Not one of them stopped their conversation to even greet me. I actually needed help for once but didn't even bother.

This location by far is my favourite cause of it's exceptional customer service. Staff here is ALWAYS so helpful, pleasant and efficient. The inventory at this location could improve however, since I do not at times find items that I may find in abundance at the Dynamite Mall locations. But the helpfulness, style suggestions, knowledge of the staff is TOP NOTCH!!!! Therefore a Big Thank You!!!

I had a really good experience at this store. A staff member named Arrabe went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed. She was bubbly and provided excellent customer service and had a lot of product knowledge as well. I am really pleased! Definitely will come back.

I love Dynamite, I dislike Garage clothing very much. I would much prefer to have only the Dynamite store. This location definitely has some hidden gems at great prices though. It's my go to when I need something fashionable quick!

Some stuff don’t know what they are doing. When I went to return the item, she asked for credit card although I bought on the app so they can just scan the barcode and refund without credit card nowadays. At least, that’s what other stuff did for me last time so I know they can do that.
