Employees were rude, didn’t help at all. When an item didn’t have a barcode on it was told you get another one because “no one was on floor” and would shrug to anything asked.These guys need to hire more people and teach these people customer service.

great store, and amazing staff - a short girl on the staff team helped me out and was very helpful and patient when I was asking questions about certain products in store — will definitely be coming back, just cause of the patient and direction that was given when asked

I used to prefer this location due to how it's organized, however today is the last day I shop there. On a busy Saturday afternoon 3 men where behind the cash, two of them were engrossed in counting cash, completely ignoring the long line, not even making eye contact or apologizing for the delay. The lady ahead of me complained that this was the third time in a month the price had been raised on a particular item. The cashier shrugged. Then when it was our turn we asked if an item could be discounted because it was damaged. I don't care if the answer was no, it was for a craft any way, I just wanted the container not the candy i side. But instead of saying no or saying something reasonable, the guy hid behind his accent and pretended he didn't understand, and just said the price will be what ever it scans at. Again I don't care if the answer is no, it's the dishonesty and indifference to customer service that bothered me. Gross business practices, there a million other dollar stores you should shop at instead .
