“Clean store with lots of inventory. The staff is nicer than other locations. Lots of free parking, but lock your cars as I have seen people checking car doors in broad daylight. This area has a problem with drug usage and unhoused individuals.”

I once dropped $60 on impulse items!The products are worth what you pay in here, so know that things won't last long as far that quality, and in some cases like dish towels you are getting your money's worth. Bleach, cheap shampoo etc. If you don't care what you put on your hair you'll love the prices. Customer service can be low at times in this location and others.Pop is cheap everywhere, but the drinks here are exceptionally low priced and the same quality as Loblaws.Halloween and cheap Christmas decorations are a top seller here. Even stocking stuffers can be creative here.Dollarama is cheap. That's the draw. But they're highly profitable, so don't be fooled. They're a publically traded company with a 28 billion dollar market cap! So I shop the way I shop everywhere now, with a purpose and a list. Try the place out and give yourself a $20 budget to see how you do.”

She told me to call the store in the afternoon because they were expecting a shipment this morning, and she would check for me. As I'm leaving, she comes running out to tell me she has found some in the back. Above and beyond!”

“Shopped at Dollarama (Brock road, Pickering). Place is good. Special mention for the Indian girl at the counter at 19:00 hours on 16 March 2024 for wrapping the delicate items we purchased at the store. Kudos to the customer service provided.”

“Placed an order online and scheduled a grocery pickup. All items were in stock. The parking lot was full with other customers. The two gentlemen Fenil and Rushabh were fast and efficient to ensure all customers receive their order. One of the last customers to receive my order during that small rush. Both Fenil and Rushabh were we're apologetic for the delay. We had a short conversation about life and weather. Both were extremely professional and friendly. I offered a tip both employees but it is against walmart policy to receive any tips. Hoping I get to see these guys on my next grocery pickup. Walmart Whitby you have two amazing employees that are professional friendly and hardworking. See you on my next grocery pickup order”
