Very knowledgeable and very helpful for International courier services. I was able to send prescription meds to my MIL and he was very helpful in preparing the necessary documentation for it

Never go to this shop. He said his DHL shipping cost is same what DHL offers with no extra fees and charge me $44.00 extra for Shipping, which I later found out by calling DHL that he is charging extra fee. What a shame lying to your customers.

Tom and I were very impressed with this location.DHL shipping partners who know their stuff.The owner is extremely pleasant and helpful, highly recommended.They offer a variety of printing/copying/courier options as well apparently.Think 'Staples' only without the high school student in a red vest who doesn't know what a fax machine is.5 Stars.

Honestly I never write reviews but my god DHL is one of if not the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced, seeing it was them delivering my package almost immediately made me regret my purchase, if I had the choice I’d rather walk to the port my package came in from barefooted on glass before I chose these guys

Used a third party to send my package (tforce logistics), package was "delivered' and signed for but it wasn't here nor is that the proper signature, unlikely I will ever get my items.

I had to send a package overseas. James was fantastic in helping me co-ordinate the logistics and making the parcel smaller and less expensive to ship. After having an opporunity to talk with James for a while, it felt great supporting a small business owner who cares. I will be using James for my printing needs as well as any shipping in the future.
