Do not buy chicken pot pie from this location. I cooked it properly and checked the temp in centre of dish and my family still got food poisoning. Also bought ceasar salad and the employee who prepared it hid all the rotten lettuce with a couple of fresh pieces on top. When I opened the container I realized that 90 percent of it was rotten and I made sure to dig deep and get the package with the latest expiry date. While in line your DEI hires are complaining about Trump winning and how Costco supported him etc. Please do better and inform your employees that politics do not need to be shoved down my throat while at the checkout counter. Unfortunately I spent 24 hrs stuck on the toilet because your employees are not handling food properly and it makes me wonder how many disgruntled employees actually work for you!

My housband did shopping while I was feed my 3 months old in the food court area my housband was refuse to do shopping ask my self to be present but the cashier and the manager clearly can see me feeding the baby… all the staff there are very rude

This is the worst location in Durham, possibly all of the GTA. Repeatedly I have been frustrated and disappointed with their customer service. You're better off skipping this location and going to Markham or Scarborough, don't think that this location will be less busy either.

Good place to go for weekend shopping and buy good quality products in very competitive price. Many items needed to be purchased in bulk quantity so it is more convenient for a medium size family than small family. Annual memberships cards are mandatory now. They strictly verify the card holders picture now.

Costco is a good place to shop if you have a large family. Sometimes you find really good deals. But that's also true that if you go to buy 2 items you end up buying 20.

Crazy that they even bother to scan memberships when so many people are permitted to enter. Just a complete mess. No carts available either. Unreal for a membership store.

The best deals around and the staff is really helpful. The seating area isn't equipped to handle all the food orders though, maybe they should think of expanding an area to seat the people who buy food.
