I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Courtney at checkout, and I can't praise her enough for her professionalism and patience. She handled my return with ease and then smoothly managed a large purchase, all while remaining friendly, warm, and incredibly attentive. Her cheerful and positive attitude made my shopping experience a delight, which stood out, especially compared to a previous experience at the Oshawa Center location, where the cashier seemed annoyed. Great selection of books for all readers! Love the spaces they have for reading! It also helps that they have a Starbucks next door. We make it a little tradition of getting some books and having a drink from Starbucks with the kids :)

Always love Chapters. For the most part, their prices compare to Amazon’s. I like to look up the books I’m interested in Goodreads to see what people are saying.

One of the few bookstores left in the area. Lots of selections. Big kids area. Joined section with Starbucks. Kids area has a large selection of items in addition to books. They have removed the Lego and train tables however still worth visiting with your kids.
