Buying a mattress can be an interesting journey. One hour of testing IS NOT enough to decide if what you are buying is really what you need, so please be aware that this store has a NO EXCHANGE policy. Once the mattress is delivered to you, good luck!
We had a very bitter experience with the mattress we purchased (MLILY Harmony 2.0). It did not meet our expectations, as I could not sleep on it for more than 3 hours on the first night due to its hardness, which caused discomfort to my back. I visited the store the following day seeking support, only to be told there was nothing they could do. Shockingly, they even blamed us for making a poor choice. This was simply unacceptable and unbelievable.
It’s the first time I have experienced something like this in Canada. As customers, we felt disrespected and taken for granted. The owner tried to sell us a mattress topper and insisted it was our fault for making the decision without being sure. However, my wife only sat on the mattress for less than 20 minutes before deciding, and she was not fully aware of their strict exchange policy.
So, if you decide to do business with this establishment, be aware that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction and are not willing to offer much support after the sale. Now, we are stuck with a mattress we do not like and cannot sleep on, so I will be going back to my old one until I can afford another. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store ever again.

We went in as we needed a double mattress for our grandson that was sturdy but not too expensive. Very knowledgeable with no pressure tactics. Found a great quality mattress at a reasonable price on sale. After also purchasing a Bamboo brand mattress cover to protect our investment, they threw in a free set of sheets in his favorite colour at no extra charge. Will definitely be back to buy our next bed. Thanks Nick!
