The second I walked into Ines my mother, MIL, and I immediately were given red carpet treatment. Starting with the manager to our amazing dress consultant Diana. She was the sweetest person, never pushy and very patient. She truly made saying “YES TO THE DRESS” so seamless! I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Serendipity, the wise words of Diana.
It was a fluke of luck that I was able to snag an apt on a whim here! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Diana and Derry. I had been to three other bridal stores and non of them gave a picturesque bridal experience!
I am over the moon I found my dress here and cannot be anymore greatful for Diana, Derry and Katherine! What an amazing group of people. Cant wait to wear the dress of my dreams!

I am obsessed with Bridal Desires and their consultant Elyssa. I came in with my family to search for dresses, not expecting to find one as it was my first time looking, but fell in love with the first dress I tried on! Elyssa went above and beyond to ensure it was a special experience for me, as well as listening intently to what I envisioned for my wedding day. I highly recommend coming here for your wedding dress!

I had a wonderful experience bridal gown shopping at Bridal Desires. I have to give a massive shoutout to my bridal consultant, Josie, who was nothing but kind, attentive, passionate and caring during my appointment. Her exceptional kindness and patience was dearly appreciated, and she was a significant reason why my experience was so memorable. She went above and beyond, and because of this I was able to say "yes" to the dress at this boutique. They have a lovely selection of stunning, affordable gowns and their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend beginning your search here. I had a fantastic experience at Bridal Desires. The ladies here make dress shopping stress-free. My consultant, Amy, was exactly who I needed to help me find my dress. I had the best experience here picking out my wedding dress Josie was the most helpful, kind person ever and I couldn’t be more happy with her service as well as everyone else kept complementing me, making me feel beautiful and making it a very special day everyone is so sweet and kind there. Bridal Desire was the second boutique I wenr to and I am so glad! My consultant Ellyssa was nothing short of a god sent! She listened to both the styles of dresses I intrested in as well as the price range I wanted to stay within. She helped me find a beautiful one of a kind dress that combined the different styles I fell in love with. She even was able to book me in later that same day so my mother and mother in law could come see the dress. For all of this I will be eternally grateful ❤️

I have recently been searching for the perfect bridal gown. After visiting four boutiques close to my home and trying on many dresses, I booked a flight to Toronto along with appointments at three bridal boutiques within the area. The second appointment I attended was with Ines Di Santo. I was lucky enough to have Diana as my bridal consultant. From the moment I entered the boutique she made me & my maid of honour feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. She took the time to get to know me & was very patient as I tried on a diverse selection of dresses. I didn’t think I would ever experience “the bridal moment” when shopping for a dress but I absolutely did! After months of trying on dresses it was such a relief to feel the “when you know you know” feeling. Diana & the Ines Di Santo staff have been a dream to work with. They are allowing me to add personal customization to my dress & they have been transparent/easy to communicate with. They have also been extra accommodating as I will be traveling back to Toronto for my fittings. Diana has lifted any stress or worry I had about my wedding dress & I cannot wait to wear my custom Ines Di Santo gown this August.

Diana and Derry are incredible, and the dresses are truly artwork and one of a kind. Ines is very lucky to have employees like them who made my mom and I feel so welcomed. Diana was helpful and sweet, and helped me find my dream dress. I’ve been to many bridal salons but nothing compares to Ines’ flagship.

The experience at Ines was amazing, from the stylist Diana to the seamstress. Diana was so patient and helpful. She was kind and also didn't push any of her taste on me, just gave me suggestions. My bridal experience at Ines Di Santo was truly perfection. It was the first shop I went to out of sheer excitement and anticipation to get to try on these works of art. I was paired with Diana, who is one of the kindest, most patient and caring individuals I have met in retail and customer service. Her excitement for me, and her support in envisioning my look for my wedding day made her feel like she was someone I had known for a long time. I did not purchase my dress during my first visit, but Diana's professionalism and support made me feel like I could return to Ines Di Santo if I chose to. When I did ultimately return because there was no dress, quality, or customer service similar, I felt a level of relief to know that this important decision is in the hands of so many kind and competent individuals. Not to mention, they made the "say yes" experience extra special with bubbly, and let us linger and take our time before we left. I look forward to my dress coming to life over the next several months, and I am grateful that I get to do so with this team of people.

Said yes to my dress here!!!! Randomly decided to walk in and they were super busy. They still made time for us and let me try a few dresses and I found it finally! I'm from Europe and have been shopping there. Then started to look in Canadian stores. This had by far the most options. If you're into classy elegant minimalist vibes this store can help you out. The rest of the dresses are the same I've seen in most stores. Apparently they have no dresses that are too expensive!!! Great prices, great dresses and of course great people working there. Thank you guys for making me cry with joy!
