Average Best Buy store been shopping here for 20 years. Big store, lots of variety, lots of parking, decent staff, bought many electronics here over the years without issues. Recently bought a TV and had help with the purchase. Great store, that’s all, thanks again!

I wanted to purchase a ring doorbell. I walked in the store, looking for the ring doorbell section. The staff were on their phones, busy doing nothing. Asked for help. Left the store ordered the door bell online from my car in the parking lot.

Extremely disappointed with this store manager and customer service. I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max in March 2024 from this store, along with a Geek Squad Protection Plan, as recommended by the staff. I was told I’d be charged $22.59 for three months, but payments continued for six months. I reached out to store’s customer service and was advised to call Geek Squad directly, and I was assured I could cancel the plan, keep the benefits for the year, and potentially receive a refund or store credits.
When I followed up with Geek Squad, they informed me that they could not provide a refund and directed me back to the store.
However, when I followed up at the store, manager Naveed was dismissive and showed no willingness to investigate the misinformation I’ve received. Despite providing proof of payments and explaining the situation, he casually informed me that no refund would be provided. His indifference and refusal to address the issue were both frustrating and unprofessional.
This ordeal has been exhausting, not only because of the unauthorized charges but also due to the poor communication and lack of accountability from leadership.It is extremely disappointing to encounter such poor customer service and a lack of professionalism from a store manager.

Went to this location to buy a Lenovo laptop. We hung around with 2 other customers waiting for a salesperson We waited and waited, then 2 young blonde girls came into the computer area and a Salesman magically appeared. The other 2 customers left the store, my wife and I waited for him to finish assisting the girls and then I stepped forward to ask about the Laptop that I was interested in. The Salesman pointed to the Lenovo area and said " They are over there " He then tapped me on the shoulder and said " I will be back later "
We went across the road to Staples and bought the Laptop there. I don't recommend this Best Buy store unless you are a young blonde female !

After a long time, I encountered excellent customer support. The gentleman named Raf who assisted me today was very knowledgeable and respectful. He guided me through the process effectively, and I'm pleased to give him a five-star rating. I will definitely ask for him for assistance on my next visit.

So disappointed in this location. Their customer service never changed. Always been the same. Been here 20 years now their customer service the worst ever. Don’t shop here if you need help or questions. They’ll make you wait over 30 min

On 28th of August 2024 I went to best buy with my daughter to buy an iPhone 15 for my daughter. Total price of the phone was $1276.00. My daughter (16 Yrs) want to pay from her debit card $1000.00 as her limit for the day $1000.00 and I would like to pay the rest. The sales person charged her debit card $1000.00 and before I pay the balance that sales person realized that he gave her wrong phone and he tried to refund that $1000.00 he could not. And still today which is 10th of Sept my daughter did not received her money. We have been to the store 2 time's. Still the matter is not solved.

A very good shopping experience at BEST BUY AJAX! Very clean store with plenty of inventory and items on display. The sales staff are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Staff were very helpful with the different brands and models of the large appliance items we needed. They help find the best sale items as well. We will be back to shop here again! Thanks so much! Go for it only if you're informative of price and product details.The staff here make judgmental approach on race, gender, clothing and whatever discriminatory lists are. I had a terrible unprofessional with too much attitude (negative) experience with one of the staff at this location for a simple query I made. Will try my best not to communicate with the staff here.

Extremely disappointed with this location. Was going to buy a new sound bar here and had check the website for pricing. The sound bar clearly listed the price. Once talking to Andy he said no, in his system the price was much higher once you click into the specific product rather than just the list. As you would imagine, Andy chose not to honour the lower price which was again clearly listed. If Best Buy wants to have certain prices for their pride at that’s fine, but don’t publish certain prices on a website only to come to the store and have them change the price in front of you. Again, no attempt from Andy to make things right. Just “Nope, that price is wrong” even though I’m staring at it with my own two eyes. Do better. At least try to make things right. But nope, not today people. The customer and apparently their own website are wrong.
