Update. Found chips on bath and over 6 months bottom of tub noticeably scratched.More than one mistake on our order causing delays and multiple trips to the store.

My experience with Bath Depot Ajax is definitely a 5. Their pricing is good, the delivery was on schedule and the shower I purchased is great quality. We asked if they could recommend someone to install the shower. They gave us several names. We chose New Age Bathrooms Plus to do the bathroom renovation and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Bath Depot Ajax for your great customer service.

Bought an expensive jet tub. The waste overflow for the pop up drain did not line up or work properly. Called customer service and was ignored as they passed me around. Also plastic fittings for the jets broke or pushed in almost instantly. After several communications they were at least willing to work with me and send me a cheque for the correct part for the drain and haven't had a problem since!!

I bought a demo model for a good price at the Oakville location. Unfortunately, it was missing pieces, which i found out the hard way. Eric at the Ajax location and Kevin at the Oshawa location were amazing at helping me source and obtain the missing pieces. They were great.

I came into Bath Depot needing a tub for pickup the same week. Nikhil did a fantastic job of helping me secure a tub within my tight timelines and making it work for me. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and even provided me a discount so I ended up pretty much saving the taxes! Thank you Nikhil and Bath Depot for the great shopping experience

The sink I needed was out of stock. I decided to check the in-store inventories just in case, and saw one in Ajax. I was going to be in the area so I called the store and spoke to Stephanie who was very helpful. When I showed up several hours later, the sink was there and Stephanie remembered I had called earlier. I got the sink I needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

HORRIBLE STORE!This store put a product on sale that they apparently did not have. You could not order it on line so I physically went in to the store to order it. The salesman said they did not have any so it couldn’t be ordered until restocked. I was told to return in 3 weeks.Upon returning at that time, they have stock but no longer the sale pricing.False advertising! No assistance what so ever to resolve their problem. Go somewhere else!This is how they treat potential customers, imagine if you bought something and had an issue!Edited for store response:Your associate, Stephanie, has my phone number and the details.If you are serious about correcting this problem, please call and I will update the review accordingly.

We were looking for a shower kit to easily install but instead found issue, after compilation,(with our home set up). But Steph was amazing in working with us, understanding us, and providing solutions to every problem. She was knowledgeable in what she had available, online possibilities, and had very strong suggestions on what our options were. Made us feel comfortable even when we realized this might be an impossible task.

I am looking for a shower unit for my bathroom and very happy that I found Bath Depot. There are a lot of selections that are put on display for me to try and measure. This really helps me make a decision and envision of how it would look like in my bathroom. Ebenezer has been very helpful. He is friendly and gives me a lot good advices. Thank you Bath Depot!
