We recently had our kitchen fully redone by AYA, designed by Michelle Lesch. It was a completely new layout to our main floor. Michelle helped us to feel comfortable with this huge undertaking. She connected us to everyone we needed to complete the job - engineer, contractors, appliance retailers, etc. She was amazing and patient throughout the design process and helped us to select everything from cabinets, countertops, sink, hardware... everything!The schedulers and installers were also fantastic! Very responsive and well organized with lots of follow up. I always knew a few steps ahead, what would be happening and when. The installers, Ben and Isaac, were professional and friendly and they came back once or twice to tweak little things like adding a second cutlery tray, re-caulking, etc. Made it very easy!We're loving our new kitchen thanks to Aya - Michelle, Shawna, Ben, Isaac and everyone else who helped!

We recently had our kitchen renovated by AyA Kitchen and worked with Krista, our designer. To sum up our experience in one word, Amazing! From planning the layout, choosing colours, installation and rectifying any deficiencies, all completed in a timely manner with no stress. It was a seamless process.We are so pleased with our stunning transformation!I would highly recommend AyA for your kitchen renovation!

I just completed my kitchen renovation with Aya kitchens in Ajax, and my experience was positive.Krista was my designer. From the moment we met, she was committed to helping me make my kitchen dreams come true. I was not the easiest client to deal with. I changed my mind several times before settling on the final design. Krista worked with me to balance my vision against the budget, offering alternatives at more affordable prices.I was very worried that my measurements would be off or something ordered wouldn’t fit my space, but Krista’s measurements and design were perfect and precise.Following the installation, Krista walked through the kitchen and together we identified defects and small issues that needed correcting. She even found a few issues I hadn’t identified! All the defects such as tiny bubbles in the paint job or stains which were slightly off were all submitted to the factory in a report. Everything was fixed and eventually replaced. I will say, these replacements take time (minimum 8 weeks) but do not worry, Aya wants to see you happy and they replace any issue they are responsible for.What stood out the most in my experience with Aya was their support concerning issues resulting from my contractor. Due to my contractors mistakes, there were a few issues with cabinet measurements. I was really losing my mind thinking I would have to pay for completely new cabinets. However, Krista worked with me to come up with an economical and creative adjustment which saved me thousands.I love my kitchen! It’s gorgeous! I’m thankful for Krista who helped deliver it but also practiced patience and understanding when I lost my temper or couldn’t manage my emotions due to the stresses of such a big Reno.

My wife and I are thrilled with the final result of our kitchen island project that we hired Aya Kitchens in Ajax to complete for us. From the first time we walked in, through to the final completion, our designer Cassandra was wonderful to partner with. Cassandra added a lot of value in the design stage by suggesting elements and configurations that we would never had otherwise considered, and we are so happy that we implemented them. Cassandra patiently explained how the process works, and provided great flexibility to meet us at times that worked for our schedules. She ensured that we were both satisfied and informed with what was happening throughout. The installers Aya provided (Ben & Isaac) were meticulous at their craft, and were super courteous during their visits to our house. Like any project there were some challenges to overcome, and I was so impressed with how Cassandra professionally and quickly responded to my inquiries to ensure a positive result. I can’t speak more highly of everyone at Aya Ajax who we interacted with, including Cassandra, Shawna, Sabrina, Ben and Isaac. AyA Kitchen Gallery Inc’s designer Krista Parsons designed my kitchen earlier this year and we received excellent service. She explained the process well and did the designing of the kitchen along with showing options and considering our choices. Due to limited layout options, she looked at many different designs and then finalized the one we liked. She also worked tirelessly until we had satisfactorily completed the renovations. I also greatly appreciate that Krista stayed later than business hours and even worked during different schedules to complete my renovations. The whole team was very professional and coordinated installation efficiently. Krista also referred us to Appliance stores and tiles stores and those also were top quality. I was planning my main floor renovation and was referred to Michelle from AyA Kitchens by my contractor. From the beginning to the end, Michelle was AMAZING! Michelle is an exceptional designer and helped me design my dream kitchen. She came up with few options for my kitchen and we designed it close to year before I was ready to proceed. Michelle listens to her clients and their needs and really understands what the family needs. She’s patient, warm, and friendly. She’s responsive to all emails and addresses concerns and questions and communicates and keeps her client informed every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable and her expertise amazed me. I truly enjoyed bouncing off ideas with Michelle. She does not miss anything. She is extremely detail oriented and wants to ensure she can execute the client’s vision.When the cabinets were ready Shawna kept me informed every step of the way. She was super easy to connect with and responsive to all emails.When it was time for installation, Eric did the installation and he’s awesome. He’s talented and creative and finds ways to make it work if there are any hiccups. Michelle came by few times to ensure everything was going smooth during installation. Anything that required touch ups or replacing Michelle caught it all. I also had Jordan help with some touch ups. Jordan is very talented as well. Both Jordan and Eric are super knowledgeable, friendly, nice, and professional.I can’t thank the entire team enough for giving me my dream kitchen. Even though my space is small Michelle found creative ways to give me enough storage / cabinet space. She understood my vision and kept it clean, simple, classic yet modern - exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the entire team. I would definitely recommend AyA Kitchens and specifically Michelle. THANK YOU MICHELLE FOR EVERYTHING!!! It was such a pleasure working with you. We worked with staff at Aya and they helped us design our beautiful kitchen. They were professional, communicated well, and coordinated installation efficiently with our contractor. Two things impressed very much. The first was the amazing work done by their installer, Eric, and the other was their thorough inspection of the finished product and the way they caught all the little flaws and corrected them without question. Of course, we love the beauty of the cabinets! We definitely recommend them!Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Our builder, Marshall Homes used Aya kitchens in our development. This is our third new home and these cabinets are the worst I have owned. The finish has chipped and flaked off, particularly along the seams and below the sink. The drawers have needed repairs but because the cabinet boxes are cheap particle board it’s impossible to reattach the runner hardware, rendering them unusable. An entirely new kitchen is required but Aya will not be the company that will do it. Not recommended, very poor quality.Services: Kitchen cabinet design

The kitchen designers at AYA were very creative, professional and great to work with. We were in the middle of Covid closures so the process to renovate the kitchen took longer than usual - this was beyond their control. Some meetings were by Zoom, the retail store was open by appointment only. We were always able to borrow samples. It took longer to build the kitchen components and many needed to be replaced due to defects but the company stood behind their products and we ended up with a beautiful kitchen.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

My wife and I used Aya Kitchen Gallery in Ajax for our kitchen project. We were extremely happy from beginning to end of the project. We dealt with Krista P. as our designer, and she was fabulous. Very detailed oriented and extremely helpful, and patient with all of our changes that I must say were happening daily. After changes were made, design changes were emailed to us and everyone was on the same page.House visit were well organized and didn't waste my time, in fact I considered them as value added, specially a visit before install. I like how they work with you and explained the layout process and make sure you love it.Installation was great. Loved our installers, detailed oriented, extremely clean, would vacuum all the time. Some cuts had to be done inside our kitchen and their saw/vacuum combo was extremely efficient at minimizing dust.I would highly recommend this place. Before deciding on Aya we have checked other places, and price was comparable, however we felt that Aya was down to earth, professional and we were not wrong at all. Extremely satisfied.

Our kitchen contractor connected us with AyA and it worked out well. Michelle, our designer, was very helpful as we planned our new kitchen. She listened to our needs and made recommendations but also willingly revised the plans based on our input. The AyA installers, Jordan and Leo, were very focused on a quality install. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. Thanks to Michelle and the whole AyA team - we love our new kitchen and would highly recommend working with AyA.Services: Kitchen design
