Very misleading dishonest experience. I was quoted one price by the son in writing and another which was higher by the dad on the phone, who claimed his son quoted the wrong price despite the item number being the same. Look elsewhere, I found the same item for $200.00 cheaper at three other stores who were all consistent with the same price the son had quoted. Shop elsewhere but here.

The staff and service exceeded my expectations. We needed a new washing machine. We called on a Tuesday and the machine was delivered and installed on Thursday. They also noticed during the installation that some of the hoses and connections were corroded and came back a couple days later to complete the repair. A great store with great products and absolutely incredible staff and service. We have purchased from them before and will continue to shop at, and recommended Halton Hills Furniture and Appliances to all our friends and neighbors.

My go to appliance store.I am the type to shop around, and if you ask my wife, I over-research as if that's possible. So finding a team that knew their stuff was critical. Daine, Heather & the team at HH furniture are great to work with and exceeded my already high expectations. Even in this market with supply chain slowdowns, they were able to secure us some highly sought-after “Black Stainless” appliances (fridge,stove,dishwasher) and recommend a qualified and very competent installer to get it done right. I run a Real Estate Brokerage in the area, and you bet that if you're looking for appliances or furniture, I know where I’ll be sending you.

Ron and son Dayne are great to deal with. I have bought appliances from them for about 20 years. Their affiliation with the larger buying group means prices are competitive too.

Wow! What an amazing experience. We had ordered a couch from a third party company that kept brushing us off and after 9 months of delays we decided to cancel. We went to HH furniture and received our Canadian made couches in less than 2 months. They are the comfiest and most durable couches we have ever owned. I haven't even mentioned the service. Both the retired owner and the new owners took great care of us. We will be back!
