My puppy loves going here, he gets so much love from the knowledgeable and helpful staff. It breaks his heart when we walk by and they are closed.

I went to the Global Pet Food store in Acton to pick up my dad's dog food on senior discount day. However, I was informed that I couldn't get the discount because my dad wasn't with me. I've been purchasing food for his dog from the Milton location for the past year, and they never asked this question there. The staff at the Acton location was also disrespectful and quite rude. Unfortunately, my dad can't drive and come in person to pick up the food, so I won't be returning to this location for any pet supplies.
