Acton home hardware is the best and friendly place to buy home improvement stuff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We bought snow blower from here. I was facing lots of issues as I moved first time to a detached house from an apartment. Owner himself came and fixed up snow blower for me .
Very helpful and friendly people. Highly recommend it to everyone

When I first moved to Acton over 7 years ago, one of my first tasks was check out the local hardware store for some essentials. I mentioned I was new in town to an associate standing just outside the entrance. I was warmly welcomed to the neighborhood and I continued to walk through the front door liking my experience so far.
Then, something truly unbelievable happened as I made my way down the aisles. Every, and I mean EVERY employee (including the store owner) sought me out to personally welcome me to Acton and offer any assistance in getting acquainted to the area.
I came for lightbulbs and some paper towels, what I received was a welcome fit for a celebrity coupled with genuine interest in getting to know me and my story.
To this day I still receive that small town care with expert advice and keen interest.
They are also very active participants in the community, sponsoring local teams and participating in festivals and annual traditions.
It took me 7 years to finally write this review and in that time one thing has remained constant: Home Hardware Acton has always been about expert advice and genuine care.
Thank you for many years of helping me with everything I need to make my projects successful!

For being the middle point between another place. It's good. Staff up upstairs is good, staff down stairs you gotta take a couple classes on service. But then again. They know there stuff. Just expect a stand offish encounter . Other than that they got good stock !!!!

I found that the employees at home hardware in Acton not very polite in fact rude at times. The home hardware in Rockwood is excellent it's like night and day compared to the one in Acton.

Bought some replacement windows from Acton Home Hardware in October 2023. From the first initial phone call through ordering to the pick up I always dealt with polite staff. The owner Brett even sent me a link to watch on how to replace the windows. Went back in November to get some paint matched up from a piece of trim I took in. Matched it perfectly. Staff have always been polite, helpful and smiling. Great place to shop and if they don’t have what you are looking for just ask. That’s how I got my windows at a fraction of the price the “window companies” were quoting me.Highly recommend!
