Get you checked in and 5 minutes later move you to the room. They take about 15 minutes to view my dogs and gather the test specimens. The shots were given and I was in my car taking the dogs home within 35 minutes from appointment time.
The staff is polite, good with the dogs, and quick to answer any concerns.

Apollo is receiving laser therapy for his knees and is doing great. The entire staff treats him as their own. We have been with them for years and when we walk at Chisolm Trail Park he always pulls me to their door for a visit.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. When I made the same-day appointment, I was not told of the 15-minute grace period. I called when I was five minutes out of my appointment and told them that we were running late. I was told then that I had to be there within 15 minutes. My map on my car said that I would be there within 10 minutes. Being 5 o’clock in Yukon, I hit traffic and made it to Yukon Hills veterinary Hospital at 5:17 PM. When I walked into the hospital, the tech went and said that she was going to need to talk to the veterinarian. She came back and told me that the veterinarian would go ahead and reschedule me because it was 5:20. I was there for a rabies shot for my corgi and my German Shepherd that was all. The tech told me that the veterinarian would need one hour with my dogs. Again, I reiterate, I was there for a rabies vaccine. I live in Mustang and made that clear to the receptionist when I made the appointment. My dogs are very skittish when going to the vet so I had to wrestle with them granted I was running late, but I did call the whole time letting them know that I was running late And I won’t be using that hospital ever

We’ve used them for over 15 years! They know Abby by sight & have always treated her with respect! We’ve had to put down another dog & they were so wonderful about the whole experience. We will never go anywhere else!

It’s not too often I write reviews, very rare that I ever do.
From the moment you walk in, they are very compassionate, kind and caring. You can tell they love their job and what they do! The Vet is very thorough and answers every question and was very patient with our sweet old girl.
The front staff and vet techs are very friendly!
And the costs are very reasonable.
I highly recommend Yukon Hills Animal Hospital! Thank you for taking such good care of our sweet girl. All of you are so appreciated!!!

Have used Yukon Hills for 40 yrs and my pets have always got the best care. I would highly recommend this animal hospital. The vets, the vet tech staff, and Vanessa are great and always very helpful. And a special thank you to Dr Posey for being so nice and explaining everything to me about my cat. Toby, my cat, is better and doing better.
