Where do i start? Literally the best experience i have ever had buying a car! From George to Trez to Jo! I was completely taken care of with excellent service and professional!! I 10/10 recommend anyone in the oklahoma area to visit this car dealership if they are looking for a vehicle.

Advertised price means nothing to this dealership. I went in yesterday to look at a vehicle that had a labor day pricing on it still and they dealer would not honor the price. I checked online today and the price advertised today is about the price we needed to be at yesterday. Basically the dealership was playing games with me and trying to get me to bring in a trade they didn't have to pay for. The sales manager gave several excuses including that was yesterday's price is no longer valid and the Chrysler rewards program they refused to follow the rules of that program and be upfront with pricing.
They are running an old school high pressure sales tactic at this dealership and this is the reason most consumers would like to go away from the dealership model of buying a car. They had me sitting is the middle of the showroom on a cafeteria table while several offices were not being used. Also there offices have cameras in them so buyer beware they are probably monitoring everything going on in there.
Poor sales experience I would recommend going somewhere else.

It has been 2 months and Joe Cooper has not sent my title to my car! I have paid off my loan and received a release of lien from the bank before Joe Cooper has given my title. I have no idea if they have the title or not, have paid off the previous lien. Oklahoma law states a dealership needs to issue the title within 30 days, it has been double that. I’m not sure what shady business practice this dealership is operating but go somewhere else if you want to own your vehicle! If you want to be lied to and ignored, then buy a car from Joe cooper. I recently had the misfortune of buying a vehicle here and have gotten the run around every step of the way. First was being lied to about the “Joe cooper certification” and not being shown every item checked that passes inspection, along with their proclaimed “double checked” inspection because their “system was down”. Next was finally agreeing and shaking hands on a price and having service done to the vehicle before pickup. After shaking hands I offered to pay cash upfront, which was greeted by a take back and a no-can-do unless I opted for financing so they can get their kickbacks from the bank. Obviously their word is not their bond which continued and held in stone throughout my experience. Third, I was told my vehicle would be ready on Monday at noon for transport. My transport driver was there at 11 and the car had not been touched for tire balancing and interior detail. The driver had to wait almost 3 hours till it was done, time and money wasted for him. I tried to call the sales supervisor, Luke, to inform him of the situation and said he’d call me back, I never got a call back, surprise surprise. I received the car and the tire balancing and detail was not up to standards, but nothing I can do because it was so claimed “done”. Lastly was I recently made an appointment for service that would be covered by their “Joe cooper warranty” however it was not in their system after a month because “their system was down”. I had to pay the $150 diagnosis fee and leave the service appointment because it was never updated. What good is a 3 month warranty when it hasn’t been activated for a month. Asked for them to hold up their end of the deal and to reimburse me for the diagnostic test. They sourly agreed but when asked if my information was received and asked for an update I was ignored and ghosted. Don’t waste your time or money here. They treat you like dollar signs and nothing more. They definitely uphold the stigma of used car dealers, talking behind your back about making the deal.
Update. And more lies. Copy and paste reply to this review said someone would call me, no one has called. Don’t believe a word these people say.

George is a hell of a man and I highly recommend him to buy a car with. The finance department though….. I drove off in a Jeep Renegade but all my financing paperwork is for a VW Passat. Now I have to drive BACK to Yukon which is about an hour drive for me. I get a full tank of gas when I go back so there is that. 10000% read your paperwork before leaving. And now I’m going back a THIRD time for paperwork AGAIN. Do not use this company. Do not buy a car here. They will keep screwing you around and keep asking “What can I do to fix this?” That is what the GM Joe Snelling is going to ask me again. I will never recommend this place ever.

Although I couldn’t walk away with a car the sales rep Sierra was amazing! Highly recommend this place to check out a car great deals and many options!
Update! 7/15 came in and purchased a nice used car! Sierra is so patient with someone who is indecisive! So glad I got to walk away with an amazing ride today! Also Trez in finance is very efficient! Thank you all for your help getting me in a safe car for my kiddo and I!
Update 8/29 I have had the car a little over month, in that time a headlight has went out (within 1 week of having it) $79, the catalytic converter has went out 3k (thank goodness it was under warranty still!), and now the battery has went out that’s 250 to replace as it is not under warranty. Frustrating since I have the car payment on top and it’s not even been two months so the tag is coming on top of all that.
