They open the drive through at 7:30 and have 1 person working. Ridiculous that you have to wait 30 minutes to be helped. Hire more staff. This is every time I go through, not just once in a while.

Always have been available to help and give information about loans and help with other inquiries. Never have had any problems.

The strange looking woman with the unique "S" name was extremely rude, as always. It's been an issue every time I've had the displeasure of having her help me. I chalked it up to a bad day the first few times. Drop the attitude with customers or find a job you don't hate. This location usually has the friendliest staff.

ATM Only works half the time. Have been there a # of timesAnd you Can Not make a withdrawal from ATM. A big inconvenience . Get a new one.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with the staff I interacted with at this branch (Alyssa (I hope I spelled that correctly) and Cassi). Super friendly, very knowledgeable. Additionally, Liz G in the Loan Department... Liz got us out of a tight spot when it seemed like nobody else was willing to help. Thank you all for being so amazing!

Opening a checking account with Halee at the Yukon, OK branch was a BREEZE! She was quick and super courteous and seemed very knowledgeable about Weokie and the products offered. I'm very satisfied with their customer service here!

Always a good experience with weokie had a issue with a pay off on a auto loan went into lobby was greeted by Carolyn a teller in Yukons branch she worked with me till she had everything figured out like a good 30 min with a smile and very polite and professional service nice to have a issue and some one to work with you to straighten it out thank you Carolyn

On the website for WEOKIE it mentions to open an account you either have to live here or have a job here or have a place of worship here.I just moved out here, currently staying with friends in Yukon, but I have proof of working out here, so I opened an account online not expecting any problems (fyi i did give weokie pics of my Oregon drivers license). A few days later I was told by a Linda via text that I needed to show up at a weokie branch and show my unexpired id. I showed up at a weokie branch in Yukon and was told by Cassie that I could not open an account because I did not have proof of local residency. I showed my proof of working at Stevens Trucking in El reno (a paystub from today 8-12), but apparently that doesn't count anymore. I asked if I could show proof of going to a local church , but how do I even show proof of that anyway? All WEOKIE did for me was waste 30 minutes of my time waiting at the bank to talk to somebody.What weokie doesn't know is that I am in the process of selling my house in oregon, I will have $97,000 coming back to me, and my intent was on putting that money into a local bank so that I could buy a house out here. I have a good work history and an excellent credit score, but they clearly don't care about that. But that's okay, I'll just stick with Bank of America.Congratulations weokie on what would have been o loyal customer. And it would have been really nice if you could have just told me via text that you would not accept me, that would have saved me some time and unnecessary frustration.
