The winter hours at this location are inconvenient. 9 AM to 6 PM… The morning crew is hard at it by 7 or 8:00 AM. Let’s go to summer hours already! ?

I got their top tier $25 car wash and it still left dirt marks all over the car. The car wash moves too quickly to allow for a proper clean. Let alone a good dry. I do not recommend, take your business to OkieExpress off of Rt66

I love the fact that they give you towels to dry your car or wipe down the dash inside. They are less expensive than all the other’s for the same type of wash. They also have 50% off gift cards thru 12/31/23.

Went here for a carwash and the first time we went through it didnt really clean the way its supposed to. The team was great at addressing it though and gave us another wash. They even went above and beyond to handwash a little spot off the hood. So greatful for that!

**Warning before you visit Watershed Carwash next to Walmart on Garth Brooks and Vandament.**I stopped by on Saturday July 22nd to wash my car and unfortunately my vehicle suffered damage from their carwash. I was told that their turn around policy for someone to call would be 48 hours. However, their manager was out until Monday and he would call me then. I didn't receive a call on Monday or Tuesday, so I called that afternoon. I was told I would get a call from Jeff on Wednesday, roughly 96 hours later.After exchanging pleasantries, Jeff attempted to fabricate an explanation that my car only had double sided tape affixing the fin to my car and that there was no damage to my car that was the responsibility of Watershed Carwash, he did however offer to, "gladly get some double sided tape and put it back for me," as a means of good customer service. I let him know that wasn't the truth or an acceptable resolution. The appearance of double sided tape he was speaking of, based off pictures taken at a distance by their employees, was actually parallel lines of manufacture's adhesive, a very commonly used glue used in automotive manufacturing and that the fin had been violently broken off on both sides. The fin and remaining part on my car shows obviously fresh stress fracture lines on the plastic clips; meaning new damage. He also mentioned having a piece of my car there, so obviously something broke in their carwash and wasn't damaged prior to visiting Watershed Carwash.Jeff said he was sorry that I was unsatisfied with his resolution, which was really just his weak attempt of mocking a customer and calling me a liar. Jeff also spoke for the owner's of Watershed saying they would never cover this type of damage caused by their carwash or take responsibility for it, so definitely some food for thought for the discerning consumer.All of this to say, remember when using automatic car washes that they're at your own risk. My car had no damages before entering their car wash, now I'll be out of pocket for the expense. Definitely heed their warnings, enter at your own risk and be aware you are on your own when their equipment damages your vehicle. There is a church, chicken restaurant, and car wash ever 15 feet in this town, you have a lot of options out there and I would heavily recommend any of them over Watershed Carwash.
