So sad! I think Joe Biden could fill scripts better than their pharmacist. They told me 3 times to come back because my script wasn’t filled yet. They are pathetic at best.

Waited in line to get my husbands refill, told 4 different times I had to come back after quoting us 30 mins each time. Maybe I’ll come back in a month just to give them time to refill my medicine . Horrible service

24/7 pharmacy: (drive thru open 9pm-8am)
I had a great experience picking up medications. First time here, came because my usual pharmacy is closed Sunday nights. Then I shopped for some groceries and found some really good deals! Thanks Walgreens!

I called and have been having the WORST experience trying to get my insurance back on track. I called and spoke with the Pharmacy tech, Dalton. I told him some personal things I was going through. He was so nice and understanding. He immediately had my prescription filled. He will never understand how much his kindness was more than appreciated. Thank you so much, Dalton!

Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy on the planet. They lied about not being able to cover my meds with my insurance. Sent me on a wild goose chase and hour later they still haven’t helped me. My insurance said they are just being lazy. I called and got put on hold twice. Worst employees and Walgreens I have ever gotten medicine from. The customer service is -0000 they suck. They can’t even do their jobs it’s honestly embarrassing. You are that ignorant you can’t even answer a simple phone call. I’m embarrassed for them.

(Updated)A previous gave this store a one star review you can read about it below. But I’m giving an update and I’m updated to four stars only because of the young female employee named Allie. Like I said below, I come to the store about once a week after I’m done working out and today with Allie working was the first time I had a positive experience. Even though the manager said hi to the person before me and after me, but refused to say anything to me maybe because I come in with gym clothes and durag on! Ali still made this experience positive and I just want to say thank you for that keep up the good work young lady!
I come in the store about once a week after I leave the gym early in the morning. The young cashier with The ponytail doesn’t have good customer service at all. He doesn’t say good morning and when I’m checking out, I never been to a place where they just handed a receipt and don’t say anything or look you in the eye as I walked in the store. He was on his phone looked up and seen I was a darker skin tone, and look right back at his phone real quick. The lady that was working behind the Photo Booth smiled and says hi but never got nothing out of the young kid. Customer service goes along way.

I understand understaffed but the rudeness from the workers here is what I’m changing pharmacies for. I will never go back to this Walgreens ever! Never have my medication in and when I get alerts ready for pick up it never is ready

ZERO stars!!! I submitted refill requests. I made sure that I had refills on ALL of my prescriptions before submitting my request. I received a text message saying that I did not have any refills left. I have spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get through to them on the phone. The system either disconnects without warning or says there is a technical difficulty and disconnects. I am FED UP with this store. This IS NOT my first problem with this store!! I will be moving my prescriptions to ANY OTHER pharmacy (that is NOT Walgreens) that will accept my insurance. THIS IS F'N REDICULOUS!!!

Just leaving a review in hopes that it helps someone else. Staff was friendly, but DO NOT buy your passport photos here. They don't use a flash, and your under flourescent lighting and in front of back lit cold storage, so the photos are dark and you will have shadows cast over your face in weird places. You do not want to look at that for the next 10 yrs, LOL. I went to fed ex afterwards and had a wonderful photo taken. It was worth paying twice.

The main pharmacist (tall Caucasian man) was extremely hateful & rude and horrible disposition! I was directed to ask any questions to him, and he acted like I was stupid for asking 2 questions about meds I had never taken before! I am going to change to another pharmacy ASAP!

Will not sell items (that you can only get at the pharmacy, in person) through the pharmacy drive thru. So if you can't order it online, it's just unavailable for half the day. Seems like a bad policy for anyone with mobility difficulties (who can't walk in) or anyone who works nights.

At my old pharmacy, my RX was $0. Here they charged me $50 and I had to wait in line for about 45 minutes. You couldn't ask for a worse place for anything.

I'm still standing in line at this awful pharmacy bc this place is terrible. Don't look around bc you will start noticing how dirty it is...I'm only here bc #Tricare forces vets to use it...which is irony bc Tricare is awful to their vets. So no surprises. Avoid this place like the plague.
