This establishment claims to be open 24 hours per day, but this is simply not the case. If it were open 24 hours every day, I wouldn't be typing this in the parking lot while hoping that someone will unlock the door so that I don't end up wasting my time and gas trying to obtain something that I very much needed at this hour.If you live in or near Yukon and need something from a 24-hour Walgreens, I would call this place in advance to ensure that you're not going to end up at a deserted store.

I have never seen a pharmacy ran so bad in my life . You try to call them they don't answer they put on hold forever some times 1to 2 hours. Then you go to Walgreens to see if any one is working and why don't answer there phone they say the same thing no help. I left this Walgreens and never going back. Take my business to Walmart neighborhood store on 66 West

Great place to quickly get photos off your cellphone and in a frame! They also do passport pictures!

I would guess John is a tech there. John is without a doubt the rudest person I have ever had the immediate displeasure of having to speak to. Do not. Waste. Your. Time. Go to CVS. Go to Walmart. Go to your local — just anywhere but Walgreens. Especially this one.

We have been here many time after surgery or doctor visits for medication and this is by far the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. We've wait anywhere from 30 mins to over 3 hours. Waited inside in line for over an hour and then they closed the indoor area with a line of 20 people still. Had to go get in the drive through line for another 1 1/2 hour wait. Living so far away we don't have the luxury of driving back another day. We are going to have to move our prescriptions to another location. As slow and busy as it is You would think this is the only pharmacy in the Yukon/mustang area.

The Walgreens in Mustang is only a mile from me but I will drive to Yukon to this Walgreens anytime! The staff is always friendly and helpful and I can get a person on the phone in the pharmacy if needed.

Last five times I went to pick up prescriptions there was a long line. I've been using this pharmacy for years but it's just getting too busy and crowded now. I tried to use the express pickup where you prepay and then walk right up to the Express pickup counter and grab and go but they were using that window to help regular customers. Another thing is that often they will send me text messages telling me a prescription is ready for pickup and then when I go to pick it up they don't know anything about it. I have also picked up prescriptions based on receiving a text notification, pick up the prescription get home and then get another text telling me another prescription ready for pickup. I don't understand why they just didn't give me both prescriptions while I was there. I complained and they asked me if I would like to have a single day monthly to pick up all my prescriptions. I agree to do that but then they never set it up correctly they never did give me a single day to pick them all up when I asked about it they said they did not know what I was talking about. I moved everything over to another pharmacy.

TLDR: If you choose to print photos here, just check them all before you leave. I didn't really appreciate my experience here with printing photos. I had sent in 6 photos to be printed for a gift. I arrived in the morning when they were not busy at all. I stood at the photo desk & they have a button that says "press here for assistance." Well I pressed it... 3 different times and nothing happened. So I walked up to the check out ladies & they came over to help me & laughingly told me the button doesn't work. If that's the case, then just remove the sign please. They handed me my photos & I had purchased them for half off, so the price was good but the quality I received just wasn't what I was expecting. They look fine just a little fuzzy? And the photos were professionally taken. My husband in one printed photo had a black mark near his eye, so I asked them to reprint it. She did & the same thing happened. Somehow on the upload a mark appeared & it wasn't the printer, it was just the digital version. So I asked how to fix it & I got some suggestions with little to no desire to help me out. They offered to photoshop it but I didn't want to risk that. I tried using their kiosk but it took way too long to even try to look up the photo on my phone. So I just left with 5 okay pictures & 1 picture that we'll just laugh at. I'll probably try somewhere else next time or get my own photo printer.

I came here to take passport photos and a woman named Joan seemed irritated when I asked to have passport photos taken. Clearly annoyed with me, she got the camera and told me *not* to smile which I asked why because on the travel.state.gov site under 'Pose and Expression' requirements it clearly states to "Have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open." Even my current passport photo has me smiling in it. She argued that no expression is how it has to be and for the sake of time, I let it go. I know it's just a passport photo and I was having it taken at a drug store, but the last photo I had (which stays with you for 10 years btw) was hideous haha so I was hoping to have a nicer photo for the next decade. After she took the first photo she was clearly having trouble downloading and adjusting it on the kiosk and had to call for help. The other employee said it was fine so then Joan took it to a computer to crop/edit per the US travel regulations. She printed and then showed me the picture she edited and I was floored. In an attempt to edit out my "flyaways" she ended up cutting out whole chunks of my head and made me look disfigured. Again, I know it's just a passport photo, but I don't think the passport office would even accept this much of an altered photo. I asked if we could redo the editing and she begrudgingly said we have to start over with new photos. This time I tried to slick down my "flyaways" and pull my hair back so she wouldn't try to cut it out again. Overall a terrible experience at this location. It took a very long time and service wasn't great. It also costs $14.99 for the 2 small photos. If you have the time and resources, save yourself the money and take a picture at home instead.

The sad thing is, this place used to be my go to pharmacy. But after multiple experiences of my scripts not getting filled, or being told it would be weeks before they could fill it, I'm done. Staff is rude and uncaring.

Super helpful staff. Store is clean. I love that it is a 24 hours in case of emergencies and it is down the street from my house. My particular shout out is to the lady that helped me in the photo area she was able to help me update all of my Walgreens card information and was super friendly about it. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

This pharmacy is a joke. I travel full time in my RV all over the country and use Walgreens Pharmacy. Went into this Walgreens to have my medications refilled. The incompetent person at pharmacy could not figure out what in the world she was doing. Another employee tried to help her and she began to argue with him. Finally after watching them for a few minutes I just asked for my insurance card and my empty bottles back. I went to the front and asked for the manager. I spoke with Nick about the issue with the pharmacy. Nick had a nonchalant attitude and really didn't care to assist in any way, he never even asked me how he could help in any way. My advice about this Walgreens STAY AWAY.

If I could leave zero stars for a review I would. This store needs an overhaul on their management staff. Tracy is rude, and her lack of compassion is utterly appalling. I walked in earlier this evening to purchase some cough syrup for my husband who is extremely sick, and upon arriving to the cashier, she had to call a manager to the front to deal with my transaction. My state issued drivers license is expired by less than a month (and due to covid, I cannot get it renewed until Feb), so the manager Tracy was called to the front. She was cold and rude about my id (I understand it is protocol), but I had no issues buying dayquil at this SAME LOCATION yesterday. I would've understood if she had just been nice about it. There were other customers behind me that were upset about her tone and even offered to pay for my transaction. She absolutely refused. I left. I returned less than ten minutes later with my husband so he could purchase his cough syrup, and SHE FLAT OUT REFUSED TO SELL IT TO HIM the minute we walked through the door. I am a 30 year old male, and my husband is 36, we do not appreciate being talked to like children. Tracy is an absolute disgrace to the image if your store, and should probably receive some type of sensitivity training, or further her management training. Because her hospitality skills are very poor. We are extremely upset about her lack of compassion and how she handled the situation. Will never return.
