Waited in line only to have Amazon return customers that just walked in get served first.Edit 2/15/2024: I'm glad to add more detail. 2/14/2024 Employee (F) sees I have an AT&T return equipment box, states it requires use of the computer looks past me and goes off to help the customer who just walked in with her Amazon return at the SELF HELP kiosk. Upon her return I asked if she would like to wait for any more walk-ins before helping me. To which she says "I can do that if you'd like". I drove to FedEx instead.

cost $200 to ship 3 things ground the worst part tho is the chick that "helped" me had THE worst attitude. she rolled her eyes, shook her head and made a smirky little laugh when i said i was shipping bbq sauce... also she spelled out sauce... suce.... and i had to spell out la casa for her.... look i cant spell the best either but at least im not an azz when i ask someone to spell it out for me....

I have used this store many times for printing and shipping. Today I went to have a color copy printed of a brief 3-page document. Now admittedly, they always act like it's an inconvenience to print something in color, but I don't know why it should be. And they usually figure out a way to do it. But today the clerk just told me the only way to get something printed in color was to come back Monday. This was after I had waited in line for 20 minutes. And now I have to go to Staples, which is what I should have done in the first place, probably. I don't know, but I might not be going to this store in the future.

I visited this location to return Amazon packages. First the automated kiosk is extremely easy to use but because I had not used it before, a customer service rep. was very helpful in walking me through the process and then following up with me repeatedly as I worked through returning several packages. Thank you for the great customer service experience!

Rude employees!!!! They will judge you for the returns you bring in here. No wonder why the employee got punched on her eyes by someone.

My review is based on how this location treats others. I have continually seen this store try or force customers to buy packaging, based on false information. Examples: UPS allows for battery labels to be covered and the box (re)used for transport of a non-battery item. This store claims the box can only be used for transport of batteries and they attempt to sell new packaging. A lady today wanted to ship an item in the manufacturer's original corrugated box, but the store clerk refused because "they won't want your return label on their retail box." I have cringed numerous times as I see clerks mis-trained or simply aggressive in their unrighteous outlook on being "right." I'm very versed in shipping policies with UPS and this abuse is most unfortunate!

I used the Yukon UPS to ship a fragile painting. The boxed it up very nicely, and I entered all the shipping information and confirmed it. 3 days later I got a call that my painting was not deliverable, and had been returned to the UPS store. The employee read me the address that they had shipped it to, and the zip code was supposed to be 73018, but they had entered 73108. I asked if I could have a refund on the shipping since I had needed it to be delivered that weekend, but they said since I had confirmed that all the information was correct, there was nothing they could do, and I could come in and pay to have it shipped again. Then they transfered me to another employee, Brandon, who was really rude. I understand their policy, and I should have been more careful about making sure the information was all correct, but this man belittled me and told me that I had thrown my money down the drain, and my mistake wasn't his problem, and that asking for a refund was like taking a shot at a bar and then three days later deciding I didn't like it and asking for my money back. It was just really unprofessional, and I was more upset about the way I was treated then the mistake.

Will not take Amazon returns unless in a box, even if the packaging was how amazon shipped the item!
