I forgot the managers name but she was amazing! I was having an account issue, she took my email and phone number and said she would do her best to help me and contact customer service and make sure they were aware of the issue. She told me she would call me back and she did!! That honestly was amazing! I live in Edmond and will not be going to the Ulta in Yukon just bc of that!

I’ve been debating leaving a review because I’m not trying to be a jerk here, but I have to let the public know…. Do not… and I mean do not, waste your time and money getting your makeup done here. The individual who did my makeup was very sweet and her heart was in the right place but that is not her calling. I am pretty good at makeup on my own but wanted to get my makeup done by a professional for a special occasion. My experience was so horrendous when she handed me the mirror I had the cakiest makeup on that I have ever seen. She re-attempted and went the completely opposite way. She made my face appear oily and greasy. Again, I know a fair amount about makeup and her strategies were nothing short of non-sensical. She loaded me up with two different primers (I know I have dry skin but dear god) and smeared foundation all over me only blending with a brush. She never set the makeup with powder or anything!!! I was basically wet!!! You can see in the photo below, my lashes were attached with clear glue, which proceeded to look crusty and unprofessional. The winged eyeliner she did was uneven and nothing like my reference photo. I cried. I paid, tipped her (because she was still very nice) and left. Had I stayed and kept hoping for better results, I was just going to be late for my special occasion. I got home and took it all off. So if anyone is looking for makeup services/ “formal makeup application” please go anywhere else. Staff is nice but needs a lot of practice and retraining. This was not a professional job in the slightest. Huge waste of my money. Pictures below. P.S: swiped my forehead with my finger and had a finger full of foundation. This was the worst makeup anyone has ever done on me ??.

Never bought from this ulta ordered on line went to store to pick up and my order had already been picked up but wasn’t by me. They couldn’t find my order anywhere even with my order number they gave me 1800 number to call I call they said the store said it was picked up by me I said no it wasn’t!!! All they offered me was a refund. Won’t buy from Yukon anymore their store has employee thieves

Went in for a pick up after driving 7hrs and was greeted by Taylor, she asked for my ID, I told her it’s in my car but I have the order number. She looked at me like I was stupid and then had the worst attitude. Is this really where customer service has gone?! Just a bunch of rude entitled young adults. Do better.

Our local store is clean and well maintained. Shelves are well stocked and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I love shopping at Ulta, I wear a lot of makeup every day so who wouldn't. I always buy the mid-priced items, and if you budget your money out right, you can get a lot from here, for a little bit of money. I got about 10 ELF products for $70. The store associates are always so helpful, and they give really good makeup advice if you need it. The associates are ALWAYS busy though, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Great store, always has stock!
