Horrible service the worker inside didn’t wanna help me at all just looked at me through the window. Lazy as all can be all he had to do was help a paying customer. Would never recommend this location horrible service not worth the time.

If I could do negative stars I would. These two owners (husband & wife) do not listen to the customer and will make jabs during the duration of the time that you are there. They do not listen to the miles you will be driving or take in consideration of your needs. These two are a joke! Do yourself the favor drive down to: chad car care where he does rentals for uhauls: 950 n Council Okc, Ok and they will take better care of you then these two!

Seemed to have everything I needed. The man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helped me find the items I was looking for. A full service store with storage capabilities. Perfect!

People nowadays cry about the smallest issues, normally trying to receive something for free. I’ve used Westpointe on and off for years and never had an issue. I’ve rented trucks, trailers, and storage units. Always received a fair price, with never 1 issue. Definitely recommend. Yes, the cat is awesome!

The owner of this place is very unprofessional and would not recommend this place. He was complaining to me that he isn’t making money on our rental because we were not putting enough miles on the vehicle and he isn’t making enough money. It was rented for a certain amount per day and so much per a mile so don’t complain to your customers that we are not driving it enough. When we rented it, it was made clear that we wouldn’t be driving it much and we were not sure how long we would need it.

Beware of this location. The owner has some issues, talks negatively about u-haul, requires renters to park in an unpaved and unsafe location, and is all-together a little off.Best to go somewhere else where they won’t threaten you for not spending extra on their extended insurance and make you feel uneasy about being there!

The staff were extremely helpful when the U-Haul app was not... The 5 star is for the location, not the U-Haul app.. avoid the app.

Truck was DANGEROUS to drive!! Steering was HORRIBLE!! They charge a lot for their trucks so you would expect a safe vehicle. When we called to tell them how bad it was all we were told was " we will note the account" NOT bring it back and we will give you a safer truck!

Dropped off a 10ft truck at this location when I moved from Texas.Used a pick-up truck from here for around town great customer service both times wish all rental truck companies had this great service.
