Awful apartments to live in. My pickup has been broken into and items stolen. They have no security and the gate is open most days. My apartment flooded with raw sewage and they wouldnt even refund my deposit so I could replace stuff that was lost. They wouldn't even replace the baseboards. Flooding seems to be an issue. The manager even stated her apartment has flooded before. Cant get out of here fast enough

PRICES LISTED ONLINE ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, then asked about the prices and they stated they are just "wrong" on the website like they do not have any obligation to CORRECT THEM. Move in price is completely outrageous and they have anonymous fees and then they state you're only going to be charged a processing fee and charge hundreds more than that. The office staff could use some actual education on how to actually run a leasing office with honesty and caring about the future renters. Do not recommend

Let me start off by saying I moved into these apts in June 2014 and moved out in March 2018. The first year was great with the exception of the bathroom light constantly not working and after a year of complaining they finally fixed it instead of the Band-Aid they had been putting on it....however as years 2-4 approached it became worse and worse....first off every time I renewed my lease the rent increased each year I started out paying $620.00 for a 1 bed/bath by the last year rent had been raised to a total of $780.00 ($160.00 total increase) which yes does not sound like a lot but for what the increase was for I could not tell you as they never re-modeled my apt nor were any new amenities added to my apt or the complex for that matter, the one constant thing that was also a HUGE ISSUE is I specifically moved into this complex because it is a gated community and I was going through a divorce and did not want my ex to have access to where I was living but when the front gate is broke and left wide open more often than it is working that is an issue when you advertise about being a GATED COMMUNITY not to mention as time went by and the gate was not functioning...we had a HUGE rise in crime from break-ins to vehicles, garages and some even had their vehicles stolen and one resident actually had their door kicked in!!!! They also love to advertise that they have Alarm Systems....which yes they do but don't tell you it is a service you must pay for additionally until after you sign the paperwork!! Dog Pooh is almost NEVER PICKED UP and yet we all had to pay a fee and register our animals and give our animals DNA to be placed in a system so that offenders could be fined.....which obviously NEVER HAPPENS as you could almost not walk anywhere on the property without seeing and smelling animal waste!!!! Parents DO NOT WATCH their children at all so be prepared to have damage done to you vehicle(s) due to them riding their bikes in between them therefore scratching your paint, throwing baseballs, footballs and kicking soccer balls into your vehicles) also causing damage and dents or kicking their skateboard out from under them hence sending it flying into your car again causing damage!! Just one more thing because I literally could go on and on they must not also clean the ventilation system ever because our dog developed Environmental Allergies and it could have been only 2 things the carpet (which I bought my own carpet cleaner to clean the carpet with monthly) or the ventilation system, we had to pay over 140.00 a month in allergy shots for our dog and no joke we moved out and he has not had to have 1 allergy shot or be given Benadryl since we left the apt?!?! I will say Angie the leasing agent was AMAZING, she is the sweetest and most helpful but she can only do so much to make things better I will also say that once Jessica (manage when I moved in) left the complex that is when everything started to go downhill and in a hurry!! If you are thinking about moving here I would strongly suggest you keep looking unless you want to be unhappy with where you chose to live! You cant rally pay attention to the reviews on the apt. website as they remove the ones where people have complained about issues just FYI!!!

I lived in this complex from Jan - May 2017. I moved here from a different state so I had to make all the arrangements over the phone and online. The staff was very helpful in getting me all the information I needed and helped get my paperwork done as soon as possible. I was able to sign my lease from a different state. They were very accommodating and even face-timed me to show me the exact apartment I would be living in per my request. On move in day I was able to get my keys promptly they even left a little welcome package in my apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy and comfortable and in a very nice area. I loved the granite countertops and black appliances. We did a quick walkthrough to record any flaws in the apartment which weren't many. They have an online system that allows you to set up text and email messages to alert you when you receive a package. I didn't have any issues with mail and received all my packages. This is a family friendly and pet friendly neighborhood. I always felt safe here. It also has a lot of things within walking distance like grocery store, gym, bank, fast food, etc. I hardly had any maintenance issues come up but when I did, maintenance responded and resolved them within 48 hours. I lived on a second floor apartment so I didn't see many bugs. Maybe a spider or two but there is optional monthly pest control. You may not even need it. I had a couple of noise complaints while living here but like I said, it is a family friendly neighborhood. It's usually pretty quiet and kids are playing outside during the day. You may catch some bunnies hopping around at night too. Move out was a breeze. The paperwork was very quick and easy and they told me exactly how much I owed for my last month and what needed to be clean. I received my entire deposit back minus the last water bill. The only reason I moved out was because I relocated to a different state for work. If I had to stay in OKC, I would have remained in Highland Pointe. I highly recommend this apartment complex. If I could give it more stars I would. The rent prices are exceptional for what you are getting; especially compared to areas closer to central OKC.

Quiet, mostly considerate neighborhood. Great management team, quick to respond to all of my needs. We enjoy the landscaping and all of the amenities the complex has, car wash is a nice touch!

Oh my, where do I start? We moved into these apartments after a tornado destroyed our home. The model apartment you look at is so nice, neat and very clean. That when you finally move into your apartment thinking it is going to be as nice as the model believe me you will be wrong. Our apartment I guess you could say was lived in, so there was some wear and tear but I would expect it to be a lot nicer than what it was. When you go to sign the paperwork on an apartment and you now you get to choose how long you want your lease. The longer you live there the less your rent is. So we chose 15 months at $928 a month, but what they don't tell you is that you pay for everything little "fee" they have. They will also charge you for having stuff on your front porch. We never paid less than a $1000 a month for our apartment. The office staff are friendly at first, but don't let that fool you. And the maintenance guys are a joke. We filed a work order bc our daughters bedroom window was pouring water in while it was raining and they told us to put a towel down that there is nothing they could do about it bc of the weather. We also noticed that our front door would leak as well so we filed another work order and surprise surprise they told us to put another towel down bc there was nothing they could do. And the bugs...spiders and ants to be exact. "Pest Control" was suppose to come every so often, but I don't think they ever did bc we dealt with spiders and ants the whole 15 months we lived there. We ended up buying some spray from Wal-Mart and dealing with it ourselves. And the kids didn't respect other peoples property was so ever and I even called the office about a few of our things and nothing was ever done about it. So my son is without a scooter, and one of our expensive bike lights are now broke and no longer usable bc some kids were not raised right. The kids always left their trash around and never picked up after themselves. The pool was always closed bc no one can ever respect the pool and stuff was being taken off of the pool. The gate was always left open bc it was always broke. Other residents would speed through the parking lot and never stop at stop signs. Back out of parking spots without looking. So I guess I am saying is don't waste your time looking at these apartments bc they will steal your money and treat you like crap (and that is pointing it nicely) next time I will defiantly read the reviews but since we didn't have a place to live we moved in as quick as we could. Lesson learned though, we are defiantly reading reviews for now on.

This place is terrible!!! My fiance and I tried to rent here. A new employee was assisting us in the process. We told her upfront that my employment history was not the best, but she said that since my fiance qualified by himself, it wouldn't matter and we would get approved with no issue. However, we did not get approved. They did not inform us of this until after we turned in our 30 days at our current apartment. I have since tried speaking to the manager to let her know what happened. We aren't even trying to live there anymore, we're just trying to get all of our money back. The manger avoids me and straight up ignores me. She wont talk to me whatsoever about what happened. We aren't getting the application fees back at all and they are saying we wont get the deposit back for 30 days. We can't rent something else because we don't have the money to put down another deposit. So basically, we're screwed, only because some new chick didn't have a clue about what she was saying. We're going to be living on the streets with nowhere to go because she didn't take the time to get her information straight before informing us that everything would work out. I have since contacted corporate and a lawyer. If you don't want to go through all of this, I would suggest staying away from this unprofessional apartment complex.

I simply cannot wait til my lease is up and move into my newly purchased home. Why I did not look more closely and read reviews is beyond me. Why you may ask let me count them. 1. Noise level- music all hours of the nights- unattending children screaming through courtyard at 9 pm during school nights..Ive resorted to headphones to sleep. (even though the security has made an attempt it is the apartment manager's responsibility) 2. They will allow huge dogs on property which means grass never grows and you better watch your step; I mean every step. 3. Parking I had to lease a garage just to secure parking and obtain a key button entry;otherwise you will be pushing a code in every time. That is another $75.00 4. Bugs bugs bugs...well crickets to be exact an army of them in my unit..birds everywhere and no path is left unmarked. 5. I compare this property to the very lowest apartment living. Just wished I could have checked Case out across the street. I would give up a third bedroom for quality, professionalism, personality and overall a way better apartment for your dollar. Don't believe the hype about the rent. I came in believing it was $865.00 I pay them for thier add ons including mysterious $16.27 fees?? unit insurance and crazy charge for water and sewer.. totaling $987.16 a month. Don't forget you still have electric and all of your other comforts. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy. key note check your balacony my railing is moving and the brick mortar is coming apart.
