No professionalism.When looking at all these one star reviews with a comment left by the bank who is obviously paying attention to what is being said about them and not doing anything to correct these issues I am not only disappointed but I am disgusted at our bank.We will be looking for another bank. Is TFCU worried about losing a very good client.

Everything about this place is miserable. Employees never smile, and have no respect for anybody in there. But hey, they’ve already got your money, why would they care.The board of directors and executives hanging on the wall seem pretty happy. Maybe if they sacrificed some of their paychecks to pay their employees better, they would have a better business!If you’re an employee reading this, I’m sorry you work there, and I won’t hold that against you. If you’re management reading this, do better.Edit: the company has commented on this telling me to call their customer service line. I had done this before I posted a review, as I would always prefer a conversation over a bad review. I received horrible customer service on the matter, and the employee even stated that nothing that was going to be done about it. ?

Five stars. Every single person I met at this branch was kind, helpful, and efficient. They truly care and are happy to help find solutions for a variety of accounts. Courtnie and Ranfrey were phenomenal. I'm excited to find people and a company I can trust.

I was treated very badly by this place. Almost cost them a new account until I went to the one in Bethany where I was treated very respectfully . I'll never go back to this one everevagain..terrible

They double dip into your account...and make it out like you're just confused. They canceled my debit card because I had money transferred through venmo. When I asked for a new card I waited a month...never got it. Called again...waited another 3 weeks...never got it. It's one thing after another. I do not keep my money in this account. I only keep my account open for credit.

THIS PLACE CONTINUE TO TELL ME WRONG INFO EVERY TIME IN THERE AND CALL IN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. . I STARTED TO HELP RAISE AND BUILD MY CREDIT. DO TO WRONG INFO. MY CREDIT HAS BEEN AFFECTED BY 200 POINTS!!! MY CREDIT WAS BETTER BEFORE I USED A SECURE CREDIT CARD. ALSO ANOTHER LIE. SAID THEY REPORT TO 3 CREDIT BEURO. AGAIN ANOTHER LIE!! LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE!!! I CANT SEEM TO EVER GET THE TRUTH FROM ANYONE AT THIS BANK. EVEN THE BRANCH MANAGER AT THE BANK. I AM SWITCHING TO ANOTHER BANK!!JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE W CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM ALWAYS TRYING TO PAY MY SECURE CREDIT CARD WITH A DEBIT CARD FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. WAS TOLD I AM UNABLE TO PAY THROUGH THE PHONE. THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE BRANCH. I JUST GOT IN TOUCH WITH A SUPERVISER WHO FINALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WAS SPEAKING ABOUT AND SAID. YES. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAID I CANT PAY THAT WAY AND HAVE TO PAY IN PERSON AT THE BANK. I AM A VERY BUSY PERSON I OWN 2 BUSINESSES AND I DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT 30 MIN IN THE BRANCH TO WAIT FOR A TELLER. UGH I WISH PEOPLE CAN DO THEIR JOBS OR BE PROPPERLY TRAINED. ALSO THE ONLINE APP IS HORRIBLE!!! IF THEY DONT FIX THIER MISTAKE AND MY CREDIT. IM FILING SUITE AGAINST THIS CREDIT UNION!!!

I have been with tinker for over 8 years and know it is a joke and a waste of my time I paid my phone bill and they flaged it and tried to say that they called me that was a lie tinker you need to do better I will be closing all of my accounts down and taking my business somewhere else

Busy, I would recommend making an appointment, but they accept walk ins even later in the day, expect a wait, but everyone we meet and done business were nice.

Always long lines. Kept getting told different things regarding when my payment is do. I use a secure credit card to build my credit and they are always telling Mr different dates of when my credit card bill is do. By them giving Mr misinformation it is beginning to affect my credit! Horrible. Always someone new that says different dates everytime I come in!!!

I’ve had four loans with TFCU and have only had experience with the Yukon branch, I have had really good luck with the service there and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a loan and and appreciates good service
