The Formal Niche Bridal and Prom is now one of my favorite stores for formal dresses. I needed 3 cocktail dresses but I didn’t want to spend full price. They had a large variety of excellent quality dresses ranging in colors, styles, and sizes. To be honest I was quite surprised and I wished I had known about the store sooner. The dresses were high quality and the staff were extremely helpful!

Honestly the place was not what we hoped for. Things were just thrown together. No bags on dresses to protect them. Lots of torn up dresses. My child tried on 2 dresses she could have liked if they weren’t in such bad shape for 2-300$. We ended up going somewhere that they took better care of their dresses.

Loved this place! Walk-ins welcome but making an appointment is suggested.The bride and I were given the royal treatment, fantastic suggestions were made, the lady at the counter (the owner I presume?) was incredibly patient, and overall the prices can't be beat.I absolutely suggest this place if you're looking for any bridal or formal-wear.They have lightly-used dresses, shoes, and other accessories.Everything was very clean and organized.

My daughter made an appointment to look at wedding dresses. We were about 10 minutes early and when arrived we told the woman at the front we had an appointment and she pointed and said the dresses in the first racks were new and the other racks were consignment dresses. After all the great reviews we were so disappointed - it seemed like they had about 10 of the same dress in various sizes and disrepair and obviously used dresses. Also, it smelled like stale smoke but it may have been the other customers there trying on dresses. We were there for about 10 minutes and left. It was a real waste of our time.

Amazing friendly staff and great selection!! Was worried about finding a dress that would suit me, but the staff helped and I found a beautiful unique dress for prom! Couldn’t be happier with the experience

They had a lot of prom dresses to look through but I felt that they were too high priced for the used dresses. My niece tried on a used dress that beads were falling off and clearly had wear and tear on it and they were asking $125 for. Definitely was disappointed in the items that we found for prom.

I found my prom dress here and the ladies working were so helpful and so kind. They made me feel great ab my dress choice. I’m plus sized so I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to find one or that I was gonna get judged because of my size but that wasn’t the case at all! They were so warm and welcoming and made sure I found what I wanted. Thank you for such a great experience. ❤️

10/10, from my very first phone interaction to the fulfillment of our XV dress purchase. Staff was friendly, polite and even went above and beyond during the fitting process. Prices were fair and the service was exceptional! Would recommend again and again.
