They do a great work, environment is so nice but if you make an appt they are getting bad about making you wait 15, 30, 45 min.… ?

I don’t understand the bad reviews, I’ve been here easily 50+ times since I was little and have never had a bad experience. This place is definitely my go to for manicures and Pedicures.
