Another plus is the customer service; Debra has been extremely helpful, understanding, and caring as I have had to move units for my own reasons a couple of times.”

The cylinder lock assigned to my unit was not compatible with the lock portal, and she went above and beyond to provide a different style of lock from a nearby Public Storage location without hesitation. “I can’t say enough good things about this place and especially Sue. Their rates are more than competitive. Their units very clean, and Sue who has been there every time I have gone to work with them is as helpful and sweet as it gets. She even takes care of all the wildlife and stray cats in the area. Sweet sweet lady. She took her time to drive me around in the golf cart to show me several size units and helped me figure out which one would be best for me, which route to take the big moving truck and was extremely helpful in helping me find a truck rental as they don’t rent them anymore because all the bigger companies have swooped up all the trucks. So if your in the market for a storage unit in yukon; I strongly recommend you go visit with Sue at American Self Storage #19 over on 750 S Ranchwood Blvd. I have stored my things with various storage companies in the past and this is where I have found the best mix of pricing and customer service anywhere in the yukon/mustang/bethany area. Plus the area is very secure and safe.”
“I owe this review after the morning I had. I know my way around vehicles, but the gentlemen who inspected me for towing discovered an issue with my hitch rating that I was actually unaware of.
I was disappointed to have to go find a new hitch, and I’m sure he could sense my frustration.
