Had the best experience with this nail salon. Hannah was my nail tech and she was so nice and sweet! And the owner was very welcoming and kind, she also gave me some delicious lemon tea. I'll most definitely be back. Thank you all!

I cried so hard when I got out of this place. I haven't gotten my nails done in 15 years. I wanted white tips and squared nails I ask the woman when she started to clip off the side of my nails if they were going to be squared and she told me to wait till she was done. They ended up being oval and crooked and I am so not happy! She had already done the damage so I just let her continue to do my nails. But after 15 years of not having my nails done and me telling two women what I wanted it should have been done right!!!!!! If I could give you a negative stars I would! Please listen to your customers even when you don't understand them

Unfortunately I visited here but I was almost in tears. The lady that did my nails was upset because I had asked about the price. Then continued on about how this wasn't a cheap place If I wanted cheap to go somewhere else. I won't give her name but she was hurting me on how fast she was going to get me out the door so she could get to her regular customer. She was happy to see her regulars and made conversations with them as they walked in and sat down. Realizing I was almost in tears by the treatment I was receiving asked if she could get me something to drink. I declined as the damage was done and left with my nails not getting done. If you're new I recommend going else were unless you are one of their regulars.

I gave two stars, because the tech kept telling me "thank you for coming". Well my nails are crooked, the sides are filed less then my natural nail should be growing, not smooth from the gel polish on top, bumps on the sideI and not cleaned with a file underneath the nails. I will try another nail salon and get my moneys worth.

My husband took my 12 year old for a fill. Told them exactly what she needed, (they did hers originally last time we went with fair, regular pricing). This time, however, even after they were told she didn’t need a new set, she only needed a fill!! They took advantage that my child is shy/quiet and my husband doesn’t know “nails” well, so they removed EVERYTHING, redid everything and charged almost $70 for it. And that was CLEARLY NOT WHAT WAS COMMUNICATED. AND AGREED UPON. For price comparison, the original set was $50. And those were done 3-4 weeks ago. Do not use if you don’t want to be taken advantage of!
