Their website clearly says that you do not need an appointment to go through the quickly. I showed up today. I was told I do need appointment and that they don’t like those. He is aware other people who are trying to get a quick oil change. Sorry, Joe Cooper.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MILITARY FAMILIES. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. TRUST the negative reviews, because i didn't and quickly learned why people say Joe Cooper Ford is shady. After test driving the car, my husband and I had sat down with salesman, Tim McDaniel, and negotiated the sale price. We had told them we were prequalified with USAA. My husband stepped outside to finalize the loan details with USAA over the phone and when he went back inside, they told him THEY SOLD THE CAR to another couple that had "cash in hand". Zero apologies. Only excuses. This is how y'all treat military families?? Which I'm sure is probably a big chunk of their business. We immediately went to Diffee Lincoln Ford in El Reno. BEST EXPERIENCE!! Several Diffee family members work there, and we could tell the difference from the second we walked in. It felt comfortable and had a completely different vibe! Diffee Lincoln Ford definitely has customers for life! I would love to hear Joe Cooper try to defend their disgusting behavior. Shady liars.

Oil change and tire rotation. Be prepared to wait if you don't have a ride.

I initially took my car for an oil change but they wanted the brakes replaced. The technicians took 5 hours to replace the rear brakes. In my opinion it shouldn't take 5 hours to replace only the rear brakes. Also when my vehicle was given back to me the brakes were in a lot worse shape than before. When I did a test run in a nearby parking lot I had to hit my brakes a lot harder than normal in order to stop. Turns out the technicians working on my vehicle didn't bleed out the brakes all the way. My brakes work well now but I'm disappointed that the service repair folks would bring my vehicle back in an dangerous situation with brakes that weren't working after spending several hours working on the brakes.

I hate to even give them 1 star. I hate Ford, I will never buy another Ford EVER!!!! This recall caused me to have to look into buying tires all over again just bought tires last July and now I gotta buy more because of Ford. I asked them to just replace the tires and I'd be happy and they refused I even showed them proof that I had purchased tires back in July, I will be looking for me something Chevy here real soon. Never buy a Ford they don't care nothing about you.

I went into dealership alone as a woman to look at a Nissan pathfinder the salesman Bryce was really nice. But the sales manger seem to think since I was a woman and alone he could tell Bryce to push a different car at me. I told them everything including my credit score was wanting a different vehicle than what I am currently driving. The sales manger decided that instead of me looking at the pathfinder I was better suited for a ford escape the exact car I was trying to get away from. So I took it for a test drive as soon as I got into it noticed the glass on the gages was screwed up asked about it salesman said it could be fixed then after test drive I got out noticed the front end piece was broke. mentioned it he said he would mention it to his manager. Asked for the price manager never gave it to him for me. I set there for 2 hours only to hear that besides my trade in it would be another 4,000 or a co-signer which means on a 2018 ford escape they would have had almost 10,000 dollars down. I am now going to report the sales manager for discrimination against a woman to the BBB, Ford, and attorney general. Maybe the next woman that walks in by thier self the manager will think twice.

Have bought 2 (King Ranch truck and Timberline Explorer)cars here, and recommended friends, but this will no longer be the case. The service department has been a nightmare to work with. They have had my car for almost a month because there is some paint that they already repaired once as a manufacturer defect, that is again bubbling i. The same spot (I think it's something wrong with the actual panel of the car). 3 weeks in to having my car, they finally called and said they can't do the work under warranty, because there's a small scratch on the other side of the car that is completely unrelated. They keep promising to call me back, and never do. They don't respond to text messages, have only called back 1 time, with no info. I even went in to talk to her in store on Monday and it is now Thursday with no response. Nothing is happening on my car, which has been just sitting in their shop. I dropped it off January 27th and it's is now February 16th. Very frustrated with the lack of care.

Took my daughter's Escape in for recall, oil change and tire rotation. Service rep informed me that the lug nuts needed to be replaced (immediate attention required: Safety issue). The quoted cost was $313.49 to replace chrome lug nuts on 4 tires! I declined, saying I could replace 20 lug nuts for way less than that. I bought 20 lug nuts at Auto World Express on 39th St in Bethany for $27.13, thanks to Bjourn, Service Tech. These were installed at no charge when I went back the next day for the rotation.Joe Cooper should be ashamed of themselves for proposing $286.36 extra for this: Many drivers would not know the difference and pay and never know the difference. If you go in there for an oil change, you better watch the 'Free' inspection, as it could end up costing you hundreds extra...

I still haven't received an answer on my email from the end of May. There was no oil change sticker in the car and I simply asked if it was actually done/car was inspected as I was told. Followed up and still nothing. The whole transaction was just awkward and uncomfortable from the beginning (except finance dept) but I needed something desperately. The other thing is I'm not from Oklahoma so I didn't know how the taxes work. Every other state I've lived in they include the taxes, registration, etc in the loan and called you when your plates were in and that's it, so I didn't even think about it. Finally I called and they told me I had to shell out $1000+ for the taxes and registration unexpectedly. Yes, I SHOULD have looked at it but when you've never had this issue you don't think to look. I would advise to please explain that in the future for people who are not from OK. I won't be purchasing another vehicle here.

The service department waiting area is poorly designed. There are no desks or counter tops to place a laptop. There is very limited outlets by the waiting chairs to plugin for a charge. The provided guest WIFI hands out an invalid DNS forwarder. Even though all of their "sales" rooms are not being used they will not allow you to wait in one while your service is being completed. Do not recommend if you are going to wait at location for your vehicle.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a car dealer. I have been practically BEGGING this dealer to take my money for a vehicle for a week. Anytime I speak with a representative I have been given an "I don't know" or "I'll get back to you" with zero resolution. I have gone through the entire process to purchase a vehicle with them only to find out, days after inquiring about it, that it has been promised to someone else already. This was not mentioned to me at all in the days prior. Also, terrible customer service. I have to initiate all the phone calls to this dealer. One of the salesmen had ZERO interest in speaking with me. He sighed every time I asked a question like I was a huge inconvenience. Absolutely terrible. Would give zero stars if I could.

They have the worst managed service department. This is my second time to have service on a vehicle I purchased from them. Both times I was gven an appointment time and both times my car didn't even get in to be serviced for over an hour after my appointment time. When I asked why I'm given appointment times when they are already booked, I was told, and I quote, "they don't know what we do back here." I can see why there is only a little over 2 stars on this place. We will never come here again!

The people who work here come into my establishment all the time and do not tip after staying for hours and drinking. Considering they are consumer based and from Yukon you would think they would have more pride in their fellow town people. I thought I would leave a bad review but it appears this behavior is also exhibited in their workplace because the reviews are deplorable.
