“Lobby was cool despite the hot weather, wait time was minimal despite only one person behind the counter. Person behind the counter was friendly despite being very busy.”

“Always a quick in and out because the staff is always very efficient, as well as friendly. Definitely our preferred spot to get a money order for anyone in the area needing this service. A bit of FYI, they are closed from 1-2 pm for lunch.”

“Will always happily drive to this location for the speedy and helpful service. Every employee I have interacted with has been pleasant and knowledgeable. I do wish they made the priority mail supplies and kiosk available outside the locked doors for the times when their business hours are not feasible”

“I mean, it's a post office with everything that goes along with that, but you're unlikely to find a line here, which gives this post office an advantage over many others in the OKC Metro.”

“I recently had to deal with my dear brother's death. The people at the Bethany post office were so kind. I cannot remember the ladies name I spoke with either one of the ladies or the postmaster but they really helped me. I appreciate it at a time like this. It's all I can do to put one foot in front of the other and they helped me so much thank you, Bethany Post Office.”

“I ship packages from this location a couple times a month. They're incredibly polite, patient and some of the most helpful postal office workers I've ever interacted with. Its actually a bit longer to drive here than another post office location for me but the experience is that much better making it worth it.”

“I think they have staffed up here. They had two people working the counter when I was here, and my wait was just a few minutes. Thanks to the new federal mask mandate, I'm happy to report everyone was properly masked. I had been in here a few times before during the pandemic and people were not masked, which was really stressful for me, and probably very stressful for the people who work here. They didn't have some of the stamps I wanted, which was a little disappointing. They also were not friendly. I'm not really expecting a new best friend, and I know it is hard to be a public-facing employee during a pandemic, so I don't really care. I wish this place were a little bit nicer. The parking lot is always a little scary, and the post office itself is small, poorly lit and depressing. Why do our public buildings have to be so depressing? I feel bad for the people who have to spend 40 hours a week in a dingy building with bad lighting. It's like the opening scene of Joe vs. the Volcano, which may be part of why they're not the friendliest.”
