This was my first time visiting and I am so glad I came here! My boyfriend and I got a regular pepperoni pizza, high five meat pizza and cinnamon sticks. All of it was sooooo good and the lady helping us seemed to really enjoy her job.

Craft pizza better flavors than most. A little on the pricey side but a nice change from LC, PJ, PH, Marcos and Dominoes.

Usually love this place! Highly disappointed this Valentine’s Day. Called in for pickup at about 5:40, and the girl answers the phone absolutely out of breath & distressed. She explained that they were bare bones staffed and no team leads were present and they were over run. Having worked in food service I told her I understood and would show up much later for the pick up. We show up 25 min later ; and my partner waited until 6:29 inside the building. It was dirty; per usual. They then told him once the lobby had become completely cleared out ; that it would be another 20 minutes for our order. It was just two personal pan pizzas … we left & went to little Caesar’s. :(I feel for the younger staff; the management should know dang well that Valentines Day is going to be busy, and prepare as such. There is no good reason your people should be that stressed out & panicked. Take better care of your staff & prepare for what is to be an OBVIOUS busy night. Pretty sad, pie five has never let me down before.

I’d like to believe they were just having an off night, but my pizzas were so bad. The crust was soggy and everything was flavorless. The curl and crisp pepperoni was disappointing. I really wanted to like it, but now I wish I had gone to Domino’s instead of wasting my money.

Love me some Pie Five! I love the drive thru when I want pizza but don't wanna change outta my pajama pants. The Tuscan sauce is my favorite. Really good. Love the salads and cheese breadsticks. Never had anything I didn't like.Of course, it should be called Pie Ten now, because when they first opened in Dallas, all pizzas were $5. Hello inflation.Ingredients are fresh, dough is fresh and that cheesy pull when you take a bite of hot pizza are Y U M M Y!Thanks Pie Five! See ya tomorrow

Pizza is always delicious and well prepared. Service is always friendly.Dining room needs a little help. Better set up and organization. They do need at least one person just to help keep the dining room clean. The people behind the counter are all hands on deck with the amount of online orders and foot traffic, they don’t have time.Otherwise, it’s a good relaxed atmosphere to grab a bite with friends or the family.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables to choose from.Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free crustParking: Plenty of spots directly out front.Kid-friendliness: Have kid pizzas and all the topping they can choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: Have ramp to get inside from accessible parking directly out front.

The thing I like best about Pie Five is that I can get my own pizza exactly the way I want it. I usually do a “build-your-own” with the stuffed crust. Lots of options and you can watch them make it. Great casual dining. Pizza is five stars but I had to take a star off because I rarely see the dining room cleaned. There are always tables that haven’t been cleaned when we go in during dinner hours.

Overall, I really love Pie 5 Pizza and I’ve been going for years. Sometimes they are a little slow at making pizzas but overall I’ve been happy with the business. However, I went earlier this week and they implemented a new policy where they are charging for sauces. It now cost $1.75 per tiny little sauce cup! See pic attached which cost me an extra $3.50! This makes a $10 pizza close to $14! This is the absolute definition of price gouging. I hear this is a corporate policy and not a local store decision which is fine, but should definitely be revisited with corporate. Especially in Yukon there should be an understanding that Mod Pizza just opened a couple miles away and is now a competitor, and they do not charge for sauces. It’s disappointing.
