I went here to get a aquarium started for me and my daughter, and Riccki was very helpful she told me everything I needed to know about how the aquarium works and the fish! She was super nice! I recommend coming here!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this location. For one, the employees I've met have been super helpful and courteous. One employee even helped me tremendously with advice for my turtle. The store has been well-stocked and has the supplies I need. I wish the cat food area was larger, mainly more selection of wet food, but they do have a ton of high-quality cans and pouches. I love how many dog treats they have. Seriously, the selection ranges from small meat products to lavish canine cookies. The animals in store seem to be very taken care of, which is very important to me since I've seen some very awful conditions in other stores. The store is very clean, even after accidents. I've seen the employees immediately get to cleaning on a pet accident, and that's amazing since it's always my luck to step in any dog poo within 10 miles haha. I really like this location, and it's one I stop at nearly every time I'm in the area.

I've got a sick kitty that some days feels like I'm keeping her alive more for me and my daughter than her. She takes medicine and needs Royal Canin GI with fiber response. The dog got ahold of her very expensive bag of food. So my luck... our vet had ordered it but it wasn't in yet. Nobody's fault (maybe the dog). So, I go on a quest with my vet paper script for the food. Petco was my fourth stop. I was frazzled by then. It was 5:30p, I hadn't started dinner and I had to be at a band boosters meeting to turn in raffle tickets. I just want to thank the manager for making a call to help me find Chloe's food. Petco didn't have it bc it requires a vet on site. It meant a lot to me for that act of kindness. I did get her food. It's scary to wake up at 2am and she's making this pain sound bc she can't go to the litter box. This food helps her so much. Thanks again. I'm sorry I didn't ask your name at the time, but thank you!

I made a grooming appointment for just a bath and a haircut. I was charged $20 more than they said I would be. I didn't add any services on. The groomer said it would take 2-4 hrs and she called within 30 minutes. I go pickup my dog and she wasn't bathed, she still had chunks of stuff in her beard, her loose cut hair was all over her, her fur was extremely uneven, her little beard all botched, her paw pads weren't shaved, she didn't do her anal glands.....what did they do?!! I paid $60 for my poor 7 lb. dog to look worse than she did before the appointment and I had to bathe her when I got home. I still have to pay to take her somewhere else to fix this crap job.
