Who ever heard of a repair shop LOWERING their original estimate?!!The job didn't require near the hours that the book called for, so they adjusted the cost based on ACTUAL time spent! I can't say enough about the guys at Patriot Garage. From the ownership all the way down to the mechanics. Honest, fair, stand behind their work, and do things the right way!HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Man, I love this place.Got my Suburban in and out faster than they thought it would be done. All the front end work is done and man does this drive so much better.I have never seen a mechanic shop with such high ratings. You will not be disappointed in chosing Patriot to do the job. Great trustworthy people and great service!

Top notch! Came to me to see if they could identify problem and help before I paid for tow minutes after calling. Saw the urgency of the need. Found parts and repaired same day. Manipulated cost of parts and labor to be the most economical and budget affordable. Professional, kind and Perfect gentlemen. Thank you.

I’m in quite the situation from a Mistake I made… I slid into the curb bending some things see you guys at 9am Monday ..after reading all the reviews and responses , i genuinely believe y’all can help me without bankrupting me at the same time thank you.and thank you for reply so quickly maybe it’ll be the same for the car my wife and I are from out of town and I slid into a curb in our 2023 base model Camaro…now the rear right wheel is steering the back of the car a little bit ..to save some time ..can you guys fix this ? Being the car is so new and I don’t have an appointment.. my wife and I are scheduled to head home to ATL Tuesday

Found this place by accident. My passenger window was not rolling up like it’s suppose to so I took it to them. They correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had my car fixed all in the same day. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. Super nice and friendly but also honest. The honesty is what I really appreciate. They also do military discount which I’m prior military so I appreciate that too. With this whole experience, if anything is ever wrong with my car, I will be going to them.

The ONLY reason I'm giving them 1 star is because they were nice enough to get my daughter's car in for a diagnostic before the holidays. Otherwise they wouldn't get any stars at all! They charged $135 for the diagnostic. Not horrendous but not great. Said we needed new coil packs & new spark plugs. Charge? $1700! I know we're new to the area but I could not believe the price. I called 3 other mechanics that all quoted me between $700-$800 for parts AND labor. Was the guy just trying to take advantage of my daughter? My mother in law was with her & I could not believe how much he quoted her. That was $1000.00 more than even the dealership! And then gave her no paperwork with a breakdown of his estimates. Shady business is happening here. Buyer beware!!

I’m new to this area. I did a little research to find a good place to take my car. Saw the good reviews and I was not disappointed. I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule for another day and it was no problem. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. Work was done quickly and the price I was quoted is what I paid. I will definitely be going back. Great service!

This is the only shop around I will trust to work on my car. I drive all the way from the south side of Moore to take my car to these guys. I just got a 4 wheel alignment on my car after installing a bunch of performance suspension parts and had a custom stainless exhaust fabricated. I will not hesitate to take my car to them again!

They have not even started service on my car yet, due to dealing with insurance issues, and I can already tell that these people care about what they do. The patience and understanding I have received from them has been above and beyond and I recommend them based on that alone. I cannot wait to get my car back so I can update this review and give them the praise I'm sure they will deserve for the work done on my vehicle.Edited to add: Jim has been the one dealing with my multiple phone calls and I appreciate him, I even received words of wisdom and encouragement. I was able to get in ASAP the next morning after calling. Had an alignment and brake job done--both reasonably priced. Communication was great and I liked the detailed text quote I received (instead of the usual over the phone quote). Very friendly staff who are honest and sincere. Will be using again for my future car needs!
