This review is for Midfirst credit card. I have banked with Midfirst for 20yrs, and always was happy with the customer service and everything. Unfortunately, I recently decided to get a Midfirst credit card, and thus my troubles began. I had a bad charge on it, but Midfirst will not investigate. I've spent hours on the phone, transferred time and again, but never was able to talk with anyone who could help with my problem. They told me I had to fax papers. There wasn't even a number I could call! This is the worst experience that I've had with any credit card. I highly recommend that you not get a Midfirst credit card.

I’ve tried to get to this location on Reno@Mustang Rd. For a few weeks now to change in some coin that I’ve been holding on to. It’s only like a 40 oz cups worth mind you. I knew it was going to be time consuming and hold up other customers so I let two customers go in front of me. The teller witnessed this, then made me wait on her an additional 3 minutes. When she called me I asked her where the coin machine was and she explained it was behind the counter. She asked me if I had an account, I told her I did, then told me she would work me in between other customers and asked me to leave the cup with her and have a seat. I explained that I have an appointment and asked how long it would be. She said when we get a break in customers. I asked when a better time would be to come in. She said any day but Saturday. Of coarse that is the day I have to do such a thing. She told me to try another location, the one that has a broken machine…. I asked her for coin rollers so I could roll the coin and deposit it. She told me it would just make more work for me as they still have to run the coin through the machine. So basically, she doesn’t WANT to deal with the coin! She was in her 60’s and was probably never going to assist me because my coin was just too much work for her on a Saturday!!!! I have three accounts and a vehicle loan through this bank. You would think they could assist me for 5 minutes and give me the same respect they afforded to the three other people they assisted in front of me. I’m confident that this was just the tellers BS and if the young lady that was at the other window would have assisted me. As you can tell I’m furious and will look into going to my works credit union for my future banking needs. Yes one experience can make a person leave an establishment. So choose your staff carefully. The older woman with a chip on her shoulder about working on Saturday is probably not who you want serving your customers.

I just want to say thank you ladies so much!! Somehow I left my i.d on Tuesday when depositing a check and they still had it today on friday lol I was so worried . There was such awesome customer service and they knew exactly who I was . It made my morning at ease! Thank you

I called 3 times and in 3 days, no body call me back and i called again and the staff talking on the phone really rude even i’m the customer. I would never go back. I want to talk to Darlene but they said they have to take care the customer first i said i’m customer too and i just open the account with them like 5 days ago. So rude
