They knew their stuff and were extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 for the staff and the cleanliness of the store as well.I thought the point of the outlet store was discounts. It was the same pricing as the regular store and online merch. So, other than that I have nothing but good things to say.”

The outlet allows you to buy great gifts, or for yourself, with quality goods at a discounted price. They have clothes for adults and kids alike. Sign up to their emailer for coupons in addition to the already discounted goods. The best thing that I like about J Crew products is that they are made with quality and last.”
“I wanted a special pare of pants. Sold out everywhere including online for recent sale. Called store, sweet, sweet person answered phone, they had the 5 pairs of the pants but you couldn't order through phone only with an egift card. Walked me through the process. Great people. Wish Va had that customer service!”

“Just FYI for those of you upset about the store making you have to stand in line outside( hot, rain, sleet or snow) it’s not because the staff wants to and because they’re mean. It’s for YOUR safety and the merchandise in the store. There’s potentially more people than staff in the store so to be able to keep a watchful eye on things happening within the store and to guarantee you have their undivided attention. Only so many people are allowed in. This way if you have a question about a product, you’re giving an answer quickly and swiftly verses having to wait then potentially not interested in a product because you felt like you weren’t getting any attention. This is an outlet store so prices are already marked down from the original prices. So, the price you see unless stated X amount of percent off then there’s no additional discount for it’s already discounted, unless you are military. There’s now a 10% discount offered upon showing military ID. Just know that if a business is asking you to do something it’s not to be unfair but, could have other factors to why the particular rule is set in place. Just FYI”

“Went shopping over the holiday with a friend and we had a great time in this store. The store is very clean, well organized and the prices are great. They had lots of sales for the holiday and we were able to make great purchases. We didn't need any help while shopping and were able to try on our choices easily and the check out process was quick and easy. Will be back to shop again and would highly recommend!”
