We won a gift card and had a rough time getting it to work. Gabbie spent quite a long time helping us get it worked out and didn't once act frustrated or annoyed while we tried a million and one ways to get the card working.

Terrible service and an employee called me the N****R. I spoke to someone up front about it and they asked if anyone was around to witness it? I said no and they said they couldn't do anything about it before I even gave a name or description of the employee.

Wish I could rate lower. I'm not really one to post reviews, but I think this rates one. I waited for over an hour for help loading a toilet. Talked to 4 different associates. Only one acted like they even cared. The lady at the customer service desk just looked at the other guy and shrugged her shoulders. I'll just go to ace hardware. It may cost a little more but at least I get waited on.

I will not be completely negative, but I have to tell you, for the most part, I have been fairly disappointed. I would like to say thank you to James, for helping me find some plumbing parts I needed. He was great. Polite, knowledgeable, awesome. Other than James, I have had to make several parts runs, two hour round trip, because no one else who was working in the plumbing or Tools section would even make eye contact with me out of fear I would ask them for help. Two of those trips were futile, because it was the wrong thing, and the blade I was told would cut through anything, did not cut through concrete.
I try to do as much research as I can before I go, however, they do advertise they have a specialist in every department. I figure when I am buying something, I am paying for a specialist in the department I am in.

This is the best customer service experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend this Lowes to literally anyone. The paint department was extremely kind and eager to help me figure out what was going on with the paint I had purchased. The returns people were wonderful, helping me figure out the return so I could fix my house. I really appreciate the kindness they extended towards me as well as my daughter. It's upsetting we weren't able to fix the problem, but their kindness helped ease the loss. Thank you to all four of those lovely women and one man that still tried to find out what was wrong.

This store is overwhelming but there are usually associates available to help out. The gardening section is usually my favorite! There's so much to see and so many options to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are lots of staff available near the front. The store has been around for so long I forget it's there, but when I have a home need its very conveniently located in the heart of Yukon.

Called and checking on a sale item. On hold 8 minutes only to be disconnected. Called back (why did I waste my time?) and the phone clicked to hold 2 more times. I'm not feeding these corporate giants with sale promotions. Confirms to continue to give my dollars to the small town businesses who truly care. ACE Main Street Yukon is where it's at for true personal service. Buddy, now I know why I keep coming back and won't let these giants lure me in with a sale.

Great store. Awesome employees. Except for older white haired cashier(don't know name cuz badge was hidden/on backwards). Guys in receiving area rude and need better belts to hold pants up above butts, and constantly running into shelving causing damage. John Michael, Jonathan and Laura were the most helpful and knowledge of store item locations was remarkable and went above n beyond for anyone they helped!!

I went in to buy the dewalt 10 piece tool set that say take the flier and pay for it up front so I took it upfront and paid for it they went to go get it and then they said they don't have it now after I paid for it they didn't offer to give me a rain check on the product or to try to get all the different tools that were in separate boxes instead they had me go to the returns to refund me the money I just spent and I have to wait 3 days for it to go back into my account.

I called and went in to replace my kobalt trimmer. The lady at customer service gave wrong information. I called kobalt and they said the store needs to return it. The manager was confrontational on the phone. Would not give me his name and hung up on me.

When I am moved to Yukon, I wanted most of the carpet taken out and new flooring put in. I went to Lowe's in Yukon and told them what kind of vinyl I wanted. He said he would send a man out to see how much I needed. He called and told me he had a contractor on the way. I came home And the contractor said he couldn't put vinyl down Because I had tile at three different places and he could not butt up against the tile that was there, and make it look right. So I had to go back and buy tile which cost me $1200 more. The contractor, (which was not a certified contractor) Called me and said he had the carpet tore out but he needed $2000 more or he was going to walk. I said I will call Lowe's and see what's going on, and he said if I did he was walking now. Since There was nothing on my bare concrete floor I had to give him two Thousand dollars right then. When I came home they had the tile halfway down and I talked to one of the tile installers. He told me they could've put the vinyl down with no problem at all because he said he does that all the time. The so-called contractor just wanted two thousand dollars more. Lowes would not stand behind it, since I had already paid them installation, and I was told the contractor does what he wants and Lowe's does not have any control over him. So I ended up paying $3200 for Tile that I really do not like! I found out that Lowe's hires a contractor and uses his number to let someone who is not a contractor do the work!

Sometimes they cancel what I buy and they do not even take the time to call why they are canceled, nothing professional, irresponsible staff, I am not talking about the company, I am talking about the staff of the lowes yukon store ...

You can't hardly find anyone to help you and when you do they don't tell what all you need. We ordered blinds and and when they hadn't arrived and we followed up they were never ordered. Then they didn't get info to install them correct either causing another delay. Overall took over a month longer then originally told. Delays were blamed on the person that did it wasn't from that department. But you could. Ever find anyone there to help you. They are understaffed
