This place has to be the nastiest place I have ever lived in. The office staff are nasty to speak to especially on the phone. there is trash all over and dog poo everywhere. I have only seen the yard maintenance one time in 4 months and they did not clean any trash, dog poo or broken tree limbs laying all over. My apartment has things that were promised to be fixed 4 months ago and I'm still waiting. My Bathroom tile has years of what ever built up on the floor it has turned into nasty looking grout. appliances are very old mine do not work well but cant be replaced until they completely go out.(read the lease ) They will charge a pet convenience fee (not a deposit) non refundable. I can not wait for my lease to be up to get the heck out of here.

I am dissatisfied with the lack of attention given by the groundskeeping crew and maintenance to picking up trash and debris on the property. Despite my request for removal, the trash and debris I raked up still remain unaddressed. There is a recurring issue with residents neglecting to clean up after their dogs, and it appears that management needs to be persistently reminded to enforce proper pet waste cleanup.

I called to see if they’re open. The answered and said they were. When I arrived they mentioned that they’re only letting residents and members play. It was a complete waste of time. It used to be a decent course, but there are many other places to play that are better.

Update: I've been here since 2019 and am still glad I live here! Maintenance responds within 24 hours and know what they are doing. The golf course and grounds look better than ever with the new landscape crew and head groundskeeper. I've been golfing since the 2020 pandemic and have found the pro shop staff helpful and friendly. They work hard to keep residents safe who do not understand the danger of walking on a golf course when golf balls are in the air. There are two outdoor half mile connected walking trails in the complex not counting the sidewalks around the buildings, a full gym on the second floor of the clubhouse with several treadmills and bikes. Pickle ball and more. With landscaping, GE appliances, maintenance, management who replaces what needs replacing good neighbors and an easy drive into OKC, this continues to be a great choice for me.Best amenities and staff. Clubhouse open from 9 to 9 everyday with more than usual benefits. Nature walking trail, dog park soon, free golf as a resident, outdoor hot tub and sauna, full gym, tanning bed, game room, responsive maintenance. I looked at all apartments in area and these offer more amenities.

This place could care less once you sign your lease. They show you a model apt, which looks nothing like what you get. Our AC was out for almost a week during August. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and could not be used for a week. I had my car broken into and had belongings stolen. When it was reported the office said the new are has cameras but it's too expensive to put cameras in "your" area. Run away fast, this is ghetto.

My only experience with the Links is their golf course. They have recently raised their prices for non-residents. 18 holes in the middle of winter cost $45. There is no reason this course should cost that much. I don’t plan to return as I could play a round of 18 for much less at a nicer course.

This is not a bad apartment for the price. It’s clean, maintenance is super fast about repairs, and the amenities are great. I love the walking trail through the wooded area and park. The sauna, jacuzzi, pool area, game room, and the workout room are all great amenities. They keep everything clean around the front office and the amenities. My neighbors are always courteous. I never have a problem with them being noisy at night, or really ever. I hardly ever hear them. The walls are thin, but I suppose that’s every apartment when you live so closely to one another. Noise has never been a problem for me. I’ve been here almost a year now. The rent is priced fair and the living space is perfect. All the appliances work great. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer included in the apartment. My only complaint, and reason for leaving, is the brown recluse spider infestation. They spray monthly, and will spray twice a month when you request it without hesitation, but I still see brown recluse spiders on my walls, stuck in my sticky tape, and dead in baskets and corners of the place. I even spray with my own spray in between their spraying. It’s an absolute deal breaker for me. Had I known about this problem, I wouldn’t have applied for this apartment. I can handle the rare sightings of bugs and spiders like anyone else, but this is something entirely different. There is an infestation of brown recluse spiders at this apartment complex. You will see them everywhere despite your best efforts and theirs at spraying chemicals for them. I was recently bit by a different smaller black spider while sitting on my couch. You will see those spiders too. They’ve always been good about coming in and spraying when asked to. Also, they do a decent job at maintaining the landscape around the apartments, but could certainly do more, which would clear away some of the breeding grounds for these spiders. My lease is up in April and I hope I get a call from another apartment soon, because I cant live always shaking out my coats and shoes in fear of a spider. If you don’t care about living with brown recluse spiders, then this place isn’t a bad place to live. I have a great view to the fountain and it’s really peaceful to live here, but I can’t relax with the thought and spotting of the spiders. They’re not small spiders and you will see them crawling on your walls at the most random times. I wish I would have saved a pic of the spiders I’ve seen so far to upload with this review. It’s very unsettling to say the least. It’s really a shame because this place would be perfect if it weren’t for the brown recluse spider infestation.

Honestly probably one of the better apartments in the urban OKC area. I’ve clearly had a drastic different experience here than the other reviewers, but this place has treated me fairly well. Very peaceful, maintenance has always helped, neighbors are cool, and overall just not a bad place to live in.

Two years later and it's the same.I mean they do take some stuff serious...like micromanaging where you can walk. And micro managing you when you use ANY of the amenities including the pool, clubhouse, and gym.But if you call with concerns they won't ever call you back. And maintenance lies about completing work orders, checking stuff off though its not done. They care more for the golfers than the residence and it shows in the tone they set.But the biggest issue by far is the creep they have running the pro shop. I'd like to see how many complaints are in his personnel file. Anything he can do to harass young women. Bothering women in the early mornings before working out. Lurking around the pool at close of business each day, peeking on the guests in the hottub. Demanding to know which apartment you live in so he can "better assist you"This is apparently a super deluxe elite golf course ? and a subpar apartment complex.

My A/C has been broken for 4 days. I have now submitted 4 separate maintenance and the issue has yet to be resolved. My A/C is set to 68 and it is currently 85 in my apartment. I have been to, and called the office and they are less than helpful. Its to the point where myself and my family are now staying with our extended family because it is unlivable in the apartment. They keep saying it will get fixed “tomorrow”. Do not live here under any circumstances.

I can’t complain! I renewed my Lease.. Maintenance is always there when I need them.. someone hit my car here at the parking lot, but that’s not the managers fault. Some people can’t be honest and come forward.
