The store in Yukon has really bad customer service. I walked in the store wanting to buy shirts and jeans, 3 girls were there and not one of them came up to me to see if I needed help.They were just there talking and laughing and not one of them came to ask if I needed help. And when I asked her "where are the size small shirts?" she just looked at me and said with her hand like right there, but with an attitude. Trying to look for some jeans and never came up to me and asked if I needed help. Then one of the girls started talking about me because they started laughing and looking back at us. My daughter was going to buy a shirt but when we were at the register she changed her mind and just left it on top of a rack,and the lady at the register ask my daughter in a rude way like are you going to want the shirt? And my daughter said no and very rude she said so where did you leave it? Like saying that she stoled it. Never again will I shop there. They need to work on the customer service and to be nice to customers when they ask for help. Really bad service

I went into the store not busy at all at least 3 people working.. I picked out 4 shirts cinch 1 vest cinch thought about buying a new hat.. not one employee said a word to me. Not a welcome can I help you with anything or even a wave. After picking out about $400-500 worth of clothes I decided to put them down and walk out. As I was walking out one of the girls at the desk said thanks for coming.. I did turn around very politely and said I’ve been here for 20 minutes not one person has said a word to me.. and I walked out.. Teners here I come to drop some money

I walked in at 12:26pm, July 14, 2023. At the register to the right there is an older big back woman. She greeted the two women who walk in ahead of me, and the man before them. She looked me in my eyes and put her head down. I walked around for a second because I needed some tall size work shirts. I appreciate the other woman that spoke as I looked. I turned to head out. She created the couple walking out in front of me. Then looked down as I made it to her. I’ll just buy online. Slight possibility at another metro location. I’ll continue to rock the natural God given rotisserie hood tan. BIG BACK BEVERLY, doesn’t have to like it or great me at the door.

The lady working there had a pretty bad attitude when we asked about a certain product she had an attitude. You don’t respond to a customer with attitude and a smart mouth. Won’t be shopping there again. They need to work on their customer service skills.
