Kym did a great job, and I am very particular when it comes my dog. The cut was good, the price was more than reasonable, she was friendly and the little bow tie was an added bonus. I meant to post this after his cut and forgot until I went to schedule his next appointment.

Rescheduled an appointment without letting anyone know, she didn’t answer the door. She answered the phone and said she had no appointments that day. My neighbor drove in the ice to this appointment she scheduled, saying she didn’t even mean that day when he called.Her attitude was poor as well when we went to get our girl cut and she gave our dog a pretty choppy cut.. her whole body shaved with her whole head left with long un evenly cut hair. She didn’t even give her a bath after, let alone blow the cut hair off.

I had a confirmed appointment for 1/22/24. It was the day when all of OKC was a skating rink. I risked life and limb to make it to the arranged appointment time only to find the fence locked and when I called I was told she had made a mistake in the text appt. message and she could not help me, she did not have water. I fine this persone irresponsible and uncaring to her customers and would never recommend using Kym's Kritter Kuts

Kym did a great job grooming our little Maltese, Dexter. He looked great and smelled divine when we picked him up. I was quite late for our appointment and Kym was very gracious about it, went ahead and kept Dexter on the schedule and got him all done before noon. She is great with the critters, very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Kym did a great job grooming two of our dogs, a Shorkie and a Schnauzer mix. The Schnauzer is 18 and mostly blind and deaf. Kym was very patient and gentle with him. Will definitely be taking our dogs back to her in the future!

Kym is so sweet and very professional!!!She groomed my baby Watson for me and he looks fantastic and was so happy afterwards, extremely affordable and just all around amazing!I will be using her as my groomer from now on!!I would recommend 100%!!If you are needing a local trustworthy groomer for your puppers look no further than Kym’s Kritter Kuts!!!
