I know service centers often get a bad rap, but my experience here was fantastic. I went in for a normal oil change and tire rotation and it was super quick, only took about 30-45 minutes. We went over the other services that my vehicle still needs, but I wasn't pushed into doing them right away, which was also nice to not have to worry about someone pushing sales. Then the next day I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil and rushed back to the service center. Come to find out that there was a bad gasket from the oil change, but they were able to fix the issue with a new gasket. Not only did they fix the issue, they also cleaned up all the oil that had spilled into the engine area, they drove the vehicle around the block to make sure it wouldn't leak again, and they topped off my gas tank. The shop foreman also came out and apologized and talked me through everything and made sure I was taken care of.
I've been through it with a lot of dealerships, but these guys seem to have it figured out. Also thanks to Samantha for taking care of me and being so helpful and transparent through the whole process.

I am beyond upset. They did not communicate with us we weretold we would have our car in the morning @10am and it is now 11:48am and now we're being told that we have to put 3500 down when in favt we were rold that we did not need to put that much down i paid 500 down and was told that would be fine well i was lied to and played I will never come back ANY joe Cooper dodge for as long as I live

Customer service is too focused on selling service, its poor and needs a lot of work. Pay attention and become more customer oriented. When you inspect a vehicle, make sure your recommendations are related to the inspection. When you say you are going to call and keep customers informed about their vehicle status, and you don't do it. Shame on you.

Sales services staff was very helpful in find a car ? ? I could afford and just right for my needs. Financial services work well with banking systems to get me a decent loan.

Ben Lane is the sales Rep you want to ask for! Came in a month before my big purchase and Ben walked me through all the Tam models/features. He did not call me everyday asking what day I could come back and purchase a truck. When I was finally ready to purchase my new work truck, he accommodated me with my schedule and answered every question I had and went above and beyond getting the answers I needed before I signed the dotted line. I also had a great experience with the Finance manager, he was able to get my interest rate lower than what I had expected! So overall I’d give a 10/10. Best car is it has e experience I’ve ever had.

I receive numerous adds for this dealer. First checking on Buy 3/Get 1 Tires. Basic Rubicon tires were not available, later when in-stock were way high priced compared to Discount. Lastly went to sell my rig, but they again did not meet there promise of $500 above other bid. Even though my closes dealer, I will not be doing business with them.
