My car was hit while it was parked on the road. The insurance company sent me to them. They were nice and all but the work they did for me I later was not happy with. For context my car was hit before at the same spot, so when they informed me that they couldn't close the GAP between the bumper and the body because of that I was like okay. Then explain to me how a roadside car repair guy was able to fix it, basically do the impossible.

poor customer service. Try calling to talk to britney who is supposed to be my advisor on my truck and i get a voicemail with no call backs.. I would like to know the status of things not talk to a vm. Just went to get my truck they replaced my tailgate but it doesn’t latch. These people are the worst.

Joey is the best at Jim Norton I followed him from Reynolds ford before it sold to new owners he will listen and the manager at Jim N is easy to work with

Repairs were average. The panels did not line up and the paint job had quite a bit of orange peel. I expected better from a "certified" body shop.

Knowledgeable and helpful. They give updates on your vehicle as work is done and are quick to call if/when needed. They also helped me with setting up my Enterprise rental vehicle when insurance was not being overly helpful with scheduling. The work done on my vehicle was well done! Would definitely recommend.

They had my vehicle the entire month of August and when I received the vehicle they put broken parts on my car,made excuses to who did it and why, took another 6-8 weeks for replacement parts after they lost the replacement parts. Too many promises made to personally check on things never fixed my car. Completely incompetent
