I recently saw a post that the store had made on Marketplace and inquired about it. Alyssa was super friendly and very helpful answering my questions. I ended up having to follow up about an item on hold which did end up selling but she told me there was another one at the other location. She even went above and beyond to call them and get the info on it and get them to put that one on hold for me as well.
I was super impressed with the customer service that was provided!!! Cant wait to go and check out the store in person!
Additional shout out to the managers at the other stores as well as it was a whole team effort and they all went above and beyond!

NEVER AGAIN! I bought a Wagoner paint sprayer. It said "barely used" or "used once" I can't remember the wording exactly but it was $79 which I feel is still high for a used Wagoner. I got home and opened it and it looked like it had been used a million times and not cleaned because it was clogged and I was unable to get it unclogged. Of course, the store has a "no return" policy, which is understandable because they wouldn't make any money selling broken and unuseable merchandise. This was my second bad experience with Jameson's. The first time I shopped at Jamesons was in MWC where I bought a Hoover hard floor cleaner for $119, got it home and snapped the handle in half the first time I used it, and, of course, I couldn't return it. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them a 3rd chance. I wasn't going to buy a big ticket item this time because I'd kind of learned my lesson. I bought a mosquito coil burner. The coils were all broken and would not light so I guess they were old? I'm not sure, but I ended up throwing them away. This store's items are not discounted by much, if discounted at all. My advice would be to buy what you need from Lowe's or Home Depot where they stand behind their products rather than buy something that may or may not be a few dollars less that doesn't work. Obviously they know they're selling junk or there wouldn't be a "no return" policy. I am VERY disappointed. I was sad to see Steve's close but was excited to see there was going to be a Jameson's close to me, eventhough my first experience with them was unpleasant. I will never step foot in a Jameson's again!

Last week I saw a patio set on FB marketplace. I called the number listed and it was for their Midwest City store. The gentleman I spoke to at that store was very nice and helpful. It was the only set they had and was what we were looking for. He said he could not hold it (understandable), I asked if I could pay over the phone and he said they could not do that (OK), I explained that we live in Yukon and it would take 2 trips to pick the set up. He then suggested that they could bring the set to Yukon and we could pick it up there. Great and much appreciated! He went so far as to look the set over for any damage, and even sent me pictures (the pictures on FB were not indicative of the true color of the set). I asked if I could go to the Yukon store and pay for the set there and he said that it had to be paid for in MWC. After calling who I assume was the owner, I was told that I could pay at the Yukon location. I went into the Yukon store and made payment. Alyssa who was working the counter was as friendly, welcoming, and helpful as anyone could ask for. Truly had wonderful customer service skills. I called her on Friday to ask if we could pick the set up Saturday morning and she said that would be fine. Called her Saturday morning to let her know my husband was on his way (he and a friend with a truck were meeting at the store) as we did not think the whole set would fit in my husband's truck. He was told to go back to the warehouse where someone would load the set for him.
Enter the owner Jessica. She said it would be a "minute" as they had to unload a truck they received that was not on pallets. He said she seemed mad at the world from the beginning. He was a little taken aback that her priority was to unload a truck as opposed to taking care of a customer. A conversation ensued regarding a minute versus 20-30 minutes. Per my husband and his friend she became extremely rude and nasty, almost to the point of being unhinged, telling him he could leave the area. In steps a man who said he was the manager and asked what was going on. My husband could barely answer him as she continued to talk over he and the manager, so the manager said "let's go outside". He handled the problem and got them loaded up.
What an experience!! I went to the web and read like reviews about this woman and her business. She always seems to have a nasty rebuttal and frequently mentions their "small business." News flash ma'am! You cannot treat customers this way and expect them to return to your store, leave you a positive review, or support your small business.
As others have said your signage is a bit misleading. Yes, we saved a little bit, but certainly not nearly what you advertise. The same set at HD is currently $749 and your price $629, 16% difference. So yes, we saved some on the price of the set and with the difference in price plus tax. Yes, the set was assembled and that was certainly a plus, but with that being said I would never purchase anything that was not assembled from your business as I could see nothing but issues if there was a problem. For us we will go where our business is appreciated. You are not the only discount store in the OKC metro. You could learn a thing or two from your employees about customer service.
***As a follow up, I did call and let your staff know when he would be arriving both the day before and the morning of.***

They got a lot of stuff and the signage that they advertise in front of the building says up to 50% off their pricing is way out there too high I believe for new used pallet places that they bought the stuff from so you got some Lowe's you got some home Depot or Walmart merchandise It's too high they're marking their product way too high.

Something is suspect about these positive reviews.Yes they have numerous and various items.Yes the employees are friendly.But taking the products/items and the pricing into consideration, the whole matter takes a different turn. I would suggest strongly to adjust your expectations way down if you plan on finding something at a bargain in this establishment. I literally saw an item at Jameson's that was $5 dollars more than Home Depot. "One gentleman I met in the store literally asked if I found anything reasonably priced" I have noticed over the past few weeks that the parking lot is empty or 1 car there when I pass by every day. Anyway I would lower my expectations before stopping in.Certainly the mgmt will have a generic response, I already expect it.

They offer so many things at very reasonable prices, nice staff! Will be back for more, and also plan to check out the other 2 locations! Very cool place to check out, highly recommended!
