Will never come back, this is my 2nd time here and still have a terrible experience. I called day prior to set up an appointment at noon to get an alignment, arrived at noon. I’m still here in the lobby waiting for an hour and 15 min and my car is still parked where I left it. Years ago on my First time here I had one of my vapes stolen from my vehicle and manager called me to apologize and offered to take off 50% off the tires I wanted to purchase and to also pick up the vape that was stolen from me. He later apologized but still doesn’t change the fact that the only times I’ve been here, it’s been nothing but a terrible experience.

Absolutely would not recommend. Took my car here to have them fix my brake switch and a month later my check engine light comes on for my brake switch. I took my car back for them to fix their mistake and they claim they did. I picked up my car and as I was driving away my brakes felt weird and the more I drove the more problems arose. My brakes were constantly applied and my car would not surpass 20 miles per hour. I took it back to find out what they messed up and they claimed that it wasn’t their fault and all coincidental, even though it started as soon as I got in the car picking it up. 0/10 experience. They take no pride in their work and no accountability for their actions.

I regularly take my vehicle in for service. When I made this last appointment for an inspection due to a knocking sound, I was told that I needed an expensive repair to my right rear control arm and that a bolt was so far out that if I took it elsewhere to be repaired I would have to have it towed or sign a waiver. I had it towed. The report showed excessive wear on my tires, but ironically this was not mentioned when my tires were rotated 3 months ago. At that time I was told there was an issue aligning the car because something appeared bent in the passenger side rear, but no mention of a repair or a driving issue was brought to my attention. I think a minor repair turned into a major repair because of mechanic negligence. After I have the repairs done to my car elsewhere I will still have to deal with the tire and alignment issues since I purchased lifetime alignment and the tires are still relatively new; I don't look forward to dealing with Hibdon's on those.

Tacked on additional charges for unsolicited or unagreed upon items. Afterwards was told they did the same to someone else we know. Will not use them again.

I dropped my camper off for new tires and the team was very easy to work with and had a spot for me to park the camper for the replacement. I asked at the time if they could slot the F150 in for a rotate and balance and they were happy to do it. All the work was completed in under an hour and was done very well. The only thing I might add is the ability to schedule an appointment online without having to choose a vehicle or have an option for a camper or OTHER option with the ability to enter details. I wasnt able to use the online tools to make my appointment.

If I could give a zero or less that would be about right. This is only the second time in 15 years I have used a Hibbdon's location and it will be the last. I took my truck in to get an alignment done. After setting for 2 1/2 hours they finally moved my truck in to align it. Then 10 minutes later told me I was ready but they needed to talk to me about other issues. First, they were unable to do my alignment because, I had a host of things that needed repaired. According to them I needed Tie Rod Ends, Lower Ball Joints, Wheel Hub Bearings and a new battery before they could align my truck... Yes, who knew a battery is part of wheel alignment. lol Anyway, I told them thanks and went on my way to get a second and third opinion. Both additional opinions were, "NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE TIE ROD ENDS, BALL JOINTS OR WHEEL HUB BEARINGS" But the bearings may need change before long. I did the work on the wheel hub bearings myself because those are pretty simple. However, I could not get the lugs off my passenger side due to how much tork Hibbdon's put on them. I literally bent my lug wrench and I tried a breaker bar to get them loose. After not getting them loose, I called and told them I needed them loosened. The girl I spoke to was nice but the manager is an @$$. He is rude and acted like I was to stupid to work a lug wrench. In a nut shell, this Hibbdon's and pretty much every Hibbdon's prides themselves in selling unneeded parts and services to their customers. If you use them, get a second and third opinion first.

They couldn’t find a hole in my tire but I was able to find it when I got home in less than a minute. Just another case where they want to take advantage of a women coming in alone. I sent a ticket to Hibdon’s last time I was screwed over and cost me over 700 more due to the mechanics fault. But still haven’t heard back from Hibdon’s because they don’t care if their mechanics take advantage of women!!!! It’s ridiculous that women can’t be treated with the same respect a man does when they bring in their car.

The place kept giving me the runaround and I had to get my tires changed on my car. I was so fed up with waiting and took 6 hours (almost the entire day) for such a small job. I will be going to a different Hibdon Tires Plus place (possibly the Mustang location) from now on.

Their communication has really taken a nose dive this past year. Literally most of customer service is that Customers don't see the same things Employees see. But good communication gets everyone on the same page so they know what to expect.
We had an appointment at 2PM for two new front tires. Obviously that means give it time, and we're patient people, but here's just a good timetable of how we saw it and what was told to us. By the end of it, they treated me like asking questions and getting frustrated meant I'm the same as every horrible customer who goes through there.
2PM - They said come back anytime before 6. It sounds like it'll be done soon, but that's not likely. Tire shops are always busy, so we know to give it some time and be patient.
4PM - Yours is the next in line. Should be about an hour.
5:15 - ready to pay, car is parked nicely with its new tires. But they need to do a free alignment check real quick. I'm cool with that. I think it's a good move. I'll wait.
5:40 - I ask how long this check takes, and he said about 5 mins. I said it's been at least 20, and he gets a little frustrated. "It's done, they're just about to back out now".
I say well I can go ahead and pay then.
"I need the paperwork from them before I can do that."
Me, now frustrated: I guess I'll go sit back down there :|
Him: Sounds good :|
5:50-something, the other guy rings me up. He rushed through the steps but treated me like some kind of problem customer who is gonna blow up... Not like someone who just wanted information, and they didn't like that. He also told me they adjusted my alignment a couple of clicks for free. Kind of like "You should be happy, we did this, because you're so mad."
Like... I don't even need that. THEY'RE the ones who don't communicate properly, and then when people ask for an update, it's a problem.

I was easily able to make an appointment online and get my car in within a day. They listened to the issues with my car and got the problem identified right away. They kept me fully informed every step of the way! They were very knowledgeable and I felt very taken care of! These guys know their stuff, I'll definitely be back if I ever have another problem with my car!

This place did not inform me about the service updates and parked the car out on the front unlocked. They did not give me the keys back and I waited almost 3 hours for the entire process. I wanted to come in for an ac repair and alignment and I decided to deal with the ac later given that it costs a thousand dollars (I was like no way and declined to deal with the service).
Edit: I’m still stuck in the place for a total of 5 hours and I’m starving too without any ways to address it.

I needed a flat fixed, went in Wednesday early, 8am. They fixed flat in about 2 hours, I know it's not a money maker so didn't complain about the wait. They of course tried to sell me sell me service on my almost new truck. I declined, tried to pay them and found out flats fixed free. Next day, tire flat, same tire. Today, Friday i decided to give them another chance to fix the tire they already worked on. Went in early, asked how long, CSR said 1 1 1/2 hours maybe sooner. So at 1 1/2 hours they still had not moved my truck to fix flat. I got up and took truck, because today I am on a time crunch. I didn't ask them to fix/ not fix my flat for free. Didn't need them inspecting my truck and trying to sell me unwanted/ unneeded things. I just needed my tire fixed. I gave them a 2nd chance. Never again. Very bad experience.

Cody was unhelpful and unfriendly over the phone and when picking up the car. I returned when my schedule allowed to inquire about the tire they put on and Preston was a star!! Very informative and helpful and kind. Caitlyn was very friendly and professional when dropping off the car. Preston and Caitlyn will keep me returning, but only when it’s imperative I need Hibdon.
