“Since the new owner took over I have not had one complaint. The beds are well maintained, it is clean, if she doesn't have a lotion your looking for mention it and she will normally have it within days. Hard to beat. Wish there was a location in the Heights in Houston, the closest one is a 10 miles away which in Houston traffic feels like 50 miles.
Staff at all locations I have visited have been nice.

“I moved to the area around 10 months ago. There is another 'chain' gym nearby, but I opted for Gold's this morning. It is the second time I had been to this gym and first time in a while. Gym was immaculate. Very clean. Tons of options. Locker room was clean, and Sauna was clean and nice. I appreciate gyms that allow me to get my work in, are clean, and the customer service is nice. Everything I need in a gym. It was not packed, but people were there. I'll continue to use this over the nearby gym that I had been using before.”

“UPDATE: They called me back. We will definitely swing back by to try out this gym. The person on the phone was professional and informative. Thank you for reaching out to me.
Tried calling the phone number and no one answered. The automated message says that staff would be here 7am-7pm on weekdays but no answer. We show up to the gym and the instructions say that the attendant is on duty, to ring the doorbell for access. We rang the doorbell twice and waited but no one came to open up so we left. I like that this gym is 24/7 and seems secure but unfortunately we were not able to try it out.”
