This is what happened. It happened right before so I took him here to fix it. I don’t understand. If it were their kid it wouldn’t happen. It’s Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber and now my son is being bullied.

Great location, open on Sundays, and friendly staff. Randi did an outstanding job.
Stylist: I am very pleased with the haircut Randi gave me. She did a phenomenal job.

As I walked in I expected a normal hair cutting experience, but I had to remind the stylist of my services multiple times. When checking in I said wash and cut please. She took me back and soaked my hair with a spray bottle, and once I reminded her I wanted a wash AND cut she caught an attitude. When we got to the washing bowl she roughly washed my hair, like excessively washed it. On top of her being extremely rough she also let the shampoo sit in my ear until I had enough and ask her to rinse it off my ear. After cutting my hair the hairstylist didn't even style my hair or brush it after she rubbed my head. Leaving it knotted. I normally don't complain about things, but this was a little ridiculous to me. All I did was ask for a wash and cut, not an aggressive head scratching and knotted hair.

Wasn't that great, especially the hair cut price is expensive with the tip, it is not worth the price. Unless you get coupons every month for a haircut.

Come here often and I have to say I’m beyond disappointed recently. The online check in is literally pointless. I live 30 mins from the store. The last few visits I got on the list and by the time I arrived, 30 mins later, I was removed from the list. Today I get on the list. It says I’m first in line. I check again right before I get there and it says I’m 2nd in line….i get in store and they bumped me because someone else was in the store first. We were both waiting so there’s no reason why I should be bumped. The whole point of online check in is to get in line before getting to the store. With the recent issues I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Wasted my time and had to skip because I don’t have time to sit in a line behind 2 others before I get to where I’m going.

Love it that they have a good app that tells the stylist what you want so you don't have to keep telling them every time you go in

The staff is always great and friendly and Jennifer has cut my hair for awhile now and has always done a great job for me as not many people can cut my hair good. She did a very good job cutting my young daughters hair as well. Their mobile check in app is great as well. Highly recommend!
