We bought $200+ worth of clothing that we needed to take home and try on since they dont have any fitting rooms. We were told any clothing that didn't fit could be returned for a refund within 7 days at ANY location. My wife returned some clothing to the Bethany location since it's closer to us and was told they could only offer her a gift card. She wasn't given another option. I called this location about the matter since the clothes was purchased here and a man stated that other stores CANNOT pull transaction information for purchases made in other stores and that if we wanted our money back then we should have returned it to the store we originally purchased it at. Now we are stuck with a gift card that we won't use for a long time.

Fitting rooms are permanently closed! Can't try on your clothes before buying is a scammy capitalist process.

Hands-down the worst, if not one of the worst goodwill stores in the OKC metro. No selection, often unorganized and nothing good. If you want a good goodwill store, head to Edmond on Danforth or on 164th and Penn. Don’t waste your time here or at the Mustang location. We’ve tried it many times just to be disappointed.

Really nice employees at this location. Unfortunately, it seems someone new may have taken over the pricing, as it has risen dramatically over the past couple of months. They're charging eight dollars for a cracked plastic storage bin without a lid. You could purchase the same storage bin at a lower price at Lowe‘s or Target.

Found a few nice things for ourselves!?️
The clothes are a bit misplaced and jumbled up but I expect that has more to do with other customers not taking the time to put the clothes back in the correct places more than the employees doing.
Need more signs and information to point you to the places that you’re looking for! There were little signs at the beginning of the isles but it only had the information on the front side so you had to walk to the other side of the isle to see what the sign says.
The employees were a bit slow and acted kinda unfriendly if I’m being honest.?
No small talk, no questions asked, just checked us out silently..?
Also while I was in the dressing room my partner was standing out waiting for me and a worker came by to open the dressing rooms for other people and asked if anyone knew which ones were occupied so my partner said TWICE that the one I was in that he was standing in front of was occupied and she ignored him completely and just started yanking aggressively on my door handle until I said that I was in there.. made me anxious as hell.?

Absolutely love this Goodwill in Yukon. I find the most of BoHo clothes here for sure. Freedom the cashier is amazing and genuine she put a smile on my face. Store is clean and organize. They didn’t have very much furniture, but some unique finds for a good price! I find a lot of clothes here that still have the original price tag on them. Military discount and fitting rooms.

Hits and misses, mostly misses. Low selection of men’s clothing. Probably 3-4 stars if you are a woman.

as a teenager who thrifted before it was cool, this is the definition of a mid thrift. you can definitely find some cool stuff, but you have to LOOK. prices have gone up crazy. imo their best section is always jeans and the home decor.

Still in shock! Horrible service. Rude Workers . All the kids working Friday night were throwing things( papers/receipts and products) on the floor and cursing their life away!! I have never been to a Goodwill where I felt as scared and disrespected. I came specifically to Yukon because it was supposed to be better.... When i asked if they could help and if there were any registers open, the boy with blonde long hair working the register straight up said "no". The rest of the kids just looked at him...I was in shock...and so we're them. i could not find any managers to talk to before heading out the door. I do not put zero starts because it's impossible. Managers should be careful who they leave in charge specially for the Friday night shift. Unbelievable. Would not come back until they change personal or adjust their priorities. Ew just ew... Violence is never ok.
