Moved here a couple months ago. Gym is not cramped like other gyms, i can get my workout in and be done in about an hour. Super clean and staff is really helpful, and really enjoy the sauna.

Clean , not to busy . Could use more equipment and a better variety . All gyms need a shrug machine in my opinion and more than one plate loaded machine for each body part. Had a good workout anyways

Great gym! Clean, not cramped with available equipment for use, and the gentlemen at the front desk are super helpful! The dry sauna in the women's is spacious and clean. After having tried other gyms in this area, i really recommend this gym after becoming a member here.
